“Friendly staff. Other customer grabbed our bag of food (ordered from app), and the customer who took our food was really rude. When this happens, the staff offered to re-make our order and was patient with all of it. Challenging situation but appreciated the attentiveness.“

“I called yesterday afternoon to place a large pick-up order for this morning. Suzanne took my order and was so friendly and patient! Unfortunately, when you place large to go orders items are not always correct, but that was not the case this morning! My order was spot on-even to include napkins and plenty of utensils. We order quite often for safety meetings and various other staff meetings throughout the year, and typically I use a different location that is not as friendly or helpful as Suzanne was. Never again! I will pick the food and coffee up here always from now on. Great job to Suzanne, the rest of the team, and the management at the Rivers location!“

“Had 2 go to 2 diff locations :( the first store didn't have enough workers after waiting for almost 10 min. 2nd location didn't have toppings to go on top of my cold brew :( such delicious products but stores aren't consistent :(“

“My roommates and I got our nails done around the corner and when we were walking by, we decided to head in… Although they closed 15 minutes prior to us coming in, they were more than happy to serve us! They gave us a free box of donuts to try each flavor… I will definitely be back! everyone was so nice and welcoming. We are so excited to try it again!!! Everything was amazing and fresh ?“

“A comfortable place to sit and eat a warm donut and hot chocolate. The donuts were great. They are not like any I have had anywhere. The fact that I could choose my toppings and you can get 1 or a dozen or more donuts was great. I highly recommend this place. You are going to go back again and again. Just don't be on a diet because one is not enough.“

“This place is great! It's colorful and whimsical outside and inside! They have a room upstairs available for parties.The donuts are made to order so nice and warm when you eat them. There's several to choose from and can create your own! They also participate in food delivery service. Check them out!“

“Drove from Bluffton to try the donuts and when we arrived around 2pm basically everything was sold out . While I understand that you bake fresh - I wouldn’t have expected to have seen you sold out by 2pm with 2 hours of business still to go . Hopefully we will be able to try out your “amazing” baked goods in the future but unless we knew we could get there early we wouldn’t make the trip again .“

“I have been following this wonderful donut shop for a long time and finally got the chance to do a pickup order today. I am so sad that they are closing their doors next week. The heart of this operation was Allison who unfortunately is no longer here with us. This donut shop was her passion and soul. I am grateful for the opportunity to get to try what she was so passionate about and see all the support from the Charleston community support this business in their final days.
