“they were fabulous at Dunkin Donuts on University Boulevard this morning I get my coffee every morning they had made it wrong I had pulled away and they came after me to give me the right coffee Kudos great job“

“I shop at all the Dunkin locations around Charleston. This one is by far the best. The customer service is excellent! If I can't figure out my app I get assistance and no grief for asking for less ice. I stopped going to Savannah Hwy. Thank you for kindness and knowing your policy's.“

“Did a mobile order online,
Then someone else with the same name as me,did a mobile online order too,
But my order was for drive thru, the other person was in store 😐,
So they give me the other person order and give the other person my order, I did not realize because it never happened before( years and years going to dunkin)
I got half way home, took a sip my my drink,realize it was not what I order,
Turn back around and return it to dunkin
They apologize ( refix, my order again)
The drive thru associate that made the mistake, apologize and thank me for returning to bring back the wrong order and come pick the right order.

“I’m visiting from Oklahoma and stopped one morning for coffee. I’ve been back two more times and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The cinnamon rolls are the best ever. The cinnamon tastes like the yummy old fashioned cinnamon I had as a kid! Ham and cheese pretzel is awesome! Coffee is stellar and service is amazing! Please come to Oklahoma and open one in Edmond!“

“I typically visit this location 1-2 times a week in the morning. The girl that has been working the window (I don’t know her name but she has beautiful braids in a bun..) is always SO sweet and has a great attitude and personality, even being so early in the morning! I place mobile orders and get thru pretty quickly, and my coffee/breakfast is always delicious and consistent!“

“Well I just was there today and the “cook” screwed up my order and had to go around 3 times to get what I ordered. They have 3 employees that I say are great the rest are just the rest. Even when these 3 are there the rest just make life hard on them. The manager or owner should be doing something to change this.“

He makes sure every customer is taken care of and never loses his positive attitude. It’s amazing what a smile and treating people like they matter can do.
