I just went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order and all the staff was incredibly nice! My coffee was so good that I finished it before even leaving the parking lot so I went through the drive through again to get another one. This Dunkin is my favorite Dunkin. The people here are awesome.
So, rolled in to get myself and my boss a coffee on the way to work this am. My order was a no brainer. Large Decaf Carmel Signature Latte. My boss wanted a frozen coffee drink, I had no idea. Drive-Thru person was totally patient and helped me make a choice I could live with, not drinkonh cold coffee products myself.Boss's drink was up right away. Waited a bit for mine, longer than usual. The beverages and donuts are good. However every time I get hot food (hasbrowns, bacon egg and cheese croissant) it tastes like it’s been dipped in a chemical bath. This is a problem not exclusive to this location. Service is great and you get your order in a timely fashion.
