My fries are ALWAYS fresh and hot!!! Great Job Mr Taylor and team
Lady working at nights is wonderful. She's been working many nights by herself and doing the best she can do. She needs all the praise she can get. God Bless her!
It’s hit or miss with any restaurant, but today I had excellent service because of Kiki. She didn’t do anything special to me except treat me just the same way she treated everyone else. With attention, a joyful spirit, and a willingness to serve. It was such a breath of fresh air. I encouraged her to keep doing what she was doing and not let anyone hold her back. You could make a good living, just knowing how to treat people and how to provide good customer service....read full review

McDonald's has received mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the exceptional service of a staff member, others have encountered rude behavior from employees. The drive-thru staff member was commended for his patience and friendliness. This location is pretty fast, but the fries get cold quickly. The polite, pleasant employee served a warm, fresh Big Mac with hot, fresh fries. However, this McDonald's doesn't serve milkshakes. Overall, the service quality seems to vary depending on the staff present at the time. It is evident that exceptional customer service can make a significant difference in the dining experience.
