“I eat here a lot and hate to see the negative review. My parents always said that if you don't have something nice to day dont day it. With that, I have always had an enjoyable experience here. The staff is always kind and helpful. I often use the mobile app to save on any wait, especially if you are going through the drive through. But, you can actually order through the app, do carry out, and its always faster. Thanks for being such a great place to eat.“

“A big shout out to the four ladies behind the counter, who helped me on a hot steamy day. My grandson craved a cheesesteak after surgery at children’s hospital. He wasn’t able to eat the first one so I went back three days later to the same shop, and these same ladies gave me yet another cheese steak on the house! Love you guys we are coming back!“

“The customer service provided by Russell and his team was phenomenal. I placed a large online order for a work function and chose for it to be delivered. Russ called me as the Uber Eats Direct system was putting a 3 hour timeline on it but he was able to do the order right then. I asked him to prepare it and I would either come get it myself or see if Uber Eats would update the system. Since the system did not update and would still wait the 2.5 hours to deliver, I went to pick it up myself. When i returned to the hotel to divvy out the order, we realized a sandwich was missing. I called the store to ask them prepare the missing sandwich as I was on my way to pick it up- they asked what hotel and Russ delivered it personally. Minus the UberEats merchant system issues, I appreciate the excellent customer service that Russ and the team provided me. Wonderful!“

“I took my nephews here because it's one of their favorite places to eat. It's set up to where you walk up, order a pizza from the menu board, or what I do is make my own pizza. It's like many places now where you walk down the line telling them what you want on it. Just FYI, they don't take bills over $50. I had a $100 bill, the bill was $50, so I'm thinking even though it's a big bill the food was $50 so so they have to do is give $50 back, but they couldn't, so I don't know if you had enough people (we had 3) and the bill was $95, I still think they won't take it. I guess because if it ends up being fake, that's a big hit! Anyways, the food is fast, fresh, and if you want to make your own pizza, there's quite a few toppings so there's something for everyone.“

“Yall, I drive out of my way just to come to this subway. The employees are so sweet and nice at this location when I come and they always make my sandwich perfectly. Not too skimpy on the ingredients. Also it’s always SPOTLESS, both in the dining area and behind the counter. I always leave them a tip and YALL SHOULD TOO OKAY!“

“A small but quality Chick-fil-A on The Citadel campus. This one is located within The Citadel Canteen building beside Mark Clark Hall. No, you do not have to be a cadet to go eat there as it is open to the public. The dining area is always clean, and the food always comes out great. They are usually busy serving cadets, but the line is always served quickly. Overall, it's a great little fast food restaurant.

Parking: Free parking lot just behind the building.“

“Yall. This is THE best McDonald’s!!! I’ve lived in the area for about 2 years and we stop here pretty frequently. Every time we go they are quick and literally the nicest people every single time. I literally tell all my friends and family to go here and they are all surprised that this is really the best McDonald’s. Corporate please do something nice for them!!“

“I had a wonderful experience at my recent visit! I placed a curbside order and approximately 13 minutes later I received my order. But after about 10 minutes of waiting I received a call from Drew apologizing for my wait and letting me know my order would be out shortly. When Drew brought out my order he was very kind and again apologized for the wait, which was not too bad in my opinion. Then later when I opened my bag, I saw that a free cookie was placed inside! Best customer service I've received in a while!“

“My son and I visited on 4/16 just before closing time. I ordered a chicken with extra chicken and he got a chicken sandwich. He tried to use a coupon but it was from Ohio. Special thanks to the GM for comping the sandwich! We would have paid for it but that was nice of her. The dining room was clean and the cashier was friendly. And of course the food was delicious! The owner/chef shared that he is open at this location on Mondays through Saturdays from 9am to 4pm unless it rains or snows. Chill guy. Under 15min wait time for freshly grilled food.

Got the brisket cheesesteak, excited to try the brisket burger next time! He used Amoroso cheesesteak rolls which were soft and thick enough to prevent a soggy sandwich enveloped in foil. Good amount of brisket which was so tender! Unlike the Charley's Cheesesteaks, Quan's cheesteaks were not soggy nor runny with juices and were not a mess to eat on the go.“

“This cookout let me down a couple times on my trip to Charleston recently. Got what appeared to be 1 side worth of Cajun fries and the world's smallest double burger on my last trip. Im cook outs number 1 supporter in my book. I eat at every one I can and always expect the best which I usually get except this location. And I had to go back to get the lettuce i requested for my burger but did get crunchy bacon as I asked for this time. Thats why they got 3 stars its still cookout and I was partially heard but the quality of the fries and burger were lacking this time and the others I went to this location.“

“The only issue I have is that new guy on the grill making the hot subs—he messes up my sub EVERY SINGLE TIME! How hard is it to follow a ticket? The young ladies who take the order write down exactly what I ask for, but as soon as it gets to him, it’s like he decides, “Screw it, I’ll do what I want!” Who does that? I’m beyond frustrated! I’ll probably go back because the place is decent otherwise, but I am DONE ordering hot subs unless I can stand there and personally supervise this guy messing with my food!!!“

“I love the Checkers on Ashley Phosphate! I ordered the 2 for $8 combo with 4 hot dogs all the way, and they were delicious. The chili tastes homemade and exactly how I like it. I live downtown and will drive all the way here just for their hot dogs. Great job to the cook and kitchen staff very happy customer!“

“I like the Subway at Citadel Mall in West Ashley. They are a good Subway in just about every aspect and the location is perfect inside the mall, but still enclosed and separate from the food court area. They are consistent in their quality and sandwich artistry and I have always had excellent sandwiches every time that I have been here. The staff here is cool and listens well.“
