“I eat here a lot and hate to see the negative review. My parents always said that if you don't have something nice to day dont day it. With that, I have always had an enjoyable experience here. The staff is always kind and helpful. I often use the mobile app to save on any wait, especially if you are going through the drive through. But, you can actually order through the app, do carry out, and its always faster. Thanks for being such a great place to eat.“

The food is delicious, fast, and affordable. The atmosphere is awesome. But most importantly, their staff is incredible.

Tim does a phenomenal job keeping the place clean and managing the restaurant. He is very friendly and puts a lot of care and love into his job. Amanda is so funny and makes a DANG good pizza. Tye is super sweet and is always beaming with happiness. Stephen, the world traveler, always comes out to greet us and ask how we are doing. Plus all the other crew that we see on a regular basis.

“The customer service provided by Russell and his team was phenomenal. I placed a large online order for a work function and chose for it to be delivered. Russ called me as the Uber Eats Direct system was putting a 3 hour timeline on it but he was able to do the order right then. I asked him to prepare it and I would either come get it myself or see if Uber Eats would update the system. Since the system did not update and would still wait the 2.5 hours to deliver, I went to pick it up myself. When i returned to the hotel to divvy out the order, we realized a sandwich was missing. I called the store to ask them prepare the missing sandwich as I was on my way to pick it up- they asked what hotel and Russ delivered it personally. Minus the UberEats merchant system issues, I appreciate the excellent customer service that Russ and the team provided me. Wonderful!“

“I had a wonderful experience at my recent visit! I placed a curbside order and approximately 13 minutes later I received my order. But after about 10 minutes of waiting I received a call from Drew apologizing for my wait and letting me know my order would be out shortly. When Drew brought out my order he was very kind and again apologized for the wait, which was not too bad in my opinion. Then later when I opened my bag, I saw that a free cookie was placed inside! Best customer service I've received in a while!“

“My son and I visited on 4/16 just before closing time. I ordered a chicken with extra chicken and he got a chicken sandwich. He tried to use a coupon but it was from Ohio. “Had business at a nearby bank branch. We asked about if there were any nearby food. They said a Subway and Chick Fil A were in the hospital across the street. So to Chick Fil A, we'd never been to one. Line was 25' long but got our order within 4-5 minutes and had food on the table within 2 minutes. Great staff, asked if we had all the condiments we needed. What a WOW. We don't have them within 50 miles of where we live but hopefully there will be soon.“

“A small but quality Chick-fil-A on The Citadel campus. This one is located within The Citadel Canteen building beside Mark Clark Hall. No, you do not have to be a cadet to go eat there as it is open to the public. The dining area is always clean, and the food always comes out great. They are usually busy serving cadets, but the line is always served quickly. Overall, it's a great little fast food restaurant.

Parking: Free parking lot just behind the building.“

“The only issue I have is that new guy on the grill making the hot subs—he messes up my sub EVERY SINGLE TIME! How hard is it to follow a ticket? The young ladies who take the order write down exactly what I ask for, but as soon as it gets to him, it’s like he decides, “Screw it, I’ll do what I want!” Who does that? I’m beyond frustrated! The owner/chef shared that he is open at this location on Mondays through Saturdays from 9am to 4pm unless it rains or snows. Chill guy. Under 15min wait time for freshly grilled food.

Got the brisket cheesesteak, excited to try the brisket burger next time! He used Amoroso cheesesteak rolls which were soft and thick enough to prevent a soggy sandwich enveloped in foil. Good amount of brisket which was so tender! Unlike the Charley's Cheesesteaks, Quan's cheesteaks were not soggy nor runny with juices and were not a mess to eat on the go.“

“I don't think I've ever had a bad order in 5 years from this place. Probably like 50 times I've been there. The people saying they can't communicate need to realize some people don't speak English that well and give people some grace. I think they actually did mess up my order one time but at least the food was hot and tasty. This McDonald's is consistent and has fresh food. I see the same people running the front a lot and they must know how to build a good team because this is a great food spot.“

“I can't really rate the food because the taste is just subjective, it's not really my taste but my boyfriend liked it a lot. It depends if you like Arby's or not :D It was prepared well, and came fast.
The service was very good, Michael who was working the register was such a friendly and lovely guy, just an overall sweetheart. He brought the food to our table and was a very pleasant experience. Also, all tables were completely clean, it was the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to in the US. Usually in other chains/restaurants all tables are sticky with crumbs, but everything was clean & the condiments well stocked.

“I love Captain D's but this location is very hard to get in and out of. West Ashley needs more than 1 Captain D's. I agree with the other reviewers. Captain D's should have kept their Sumar St location open at Ashley Landing. It was a much better spot.“

“I like the Subway at Citadel Mall in West Ashley. They are a good Subway in just about every aspect and the location is perfect inside the mall, but still enclosed and separate from the food court area. They are consistent in their quality and sandwich artistry and I have always had excellent sandwiches every time that I have been here. The staff here is cool and listens well.“
