Just went through the drive through (2/4 7:00 pm) and I didn’t get his name but the gentleman working the shift was seriously so pleasant, pretty sure it was short staffed cause he was taking orders, cooking, and running the food out to cars and was so upbeat and friendly even though he was doing so much. He for sure deserves some recognition, fast food industry isn’t easy to work in, so thanks so much for being a lil light at Arby’s! Keep it up!
Placed an order for delivery and half of the items were missing which has happened on more than one occasion here. I usually look forward to the food and it is a bummer when it is not there.

I went to Arby’s 02/252024 at 2:30 pm. The guy at the drive thru was not friendly, my food was cold. After paying that have you pull to the front of the store to get your food because of the timer at the drive thru window. When you pull forward it makes them look good. These guys take too long at the drive thru
