I placed an online order with King Claw for the King Claw Boil, and I specifically added extra corn and broccoli to my order. When I arrived to pick it up — 30 minutes away from my destination — I was handed an order under the name “Randy,” even after clearly giving my name.

Upon opening the bag, not only was it the wrong name and order, but it also did not include the correct items listed on the receipt stapled to the bag.
