I apologize if I spell it incorrectly but Kari was our waitress and she was so sweet. New to the south but she answered all my questions about the menu and the King Claw boil was amazing. My mom got their shrimp salad and even having a shrimp with every bite she still had some left over at the end. Great staff. I can't recommend this place enough. Great first meal in Charleston.

Our sever was SO SWEET. We had actually stopped at the Crab Shack down the road initially and it was so awkward, smelly, and the overall atmosphere was just off. So we left and came straight here. The food was great and came out in a timely manner, good price for what you got, and the overall vibe of the place was great!

Customer service is terrible! I went there for lunch right at 1:00. Parking lot was empty. They had one server. He was in no rush at all! The greeter kept coming back to us asking how many. There were 4 of us. We waited and waited and was never seated. We left the restaurant and didn’t get to try the food. It was probably a good thing since the one server was doing all the work. He must have been the cook too ?
