I love Captain D's but this location is very hard to get in and out of. West Ashley needs more than 1 Captain D's. I agree with the other reviewers. Captain D's should have kept their Sumar St location open at Ashley Landing. It was a much better spot.
This place needs a total makeover. There's leaks from the ceiling everywhere, equipment is broken, food has gone downhill. I planned on eating inside but the conditions deterred me from that.
God bless the man that was working the counter, drive thru, and helping in the kitchen. He did it all with a smile and still had a good attitude.

Water was on the floor. One of the employees had her son there while she was working. He woke crying. She had him laying in a booth with a blanket. Customers were looking like really. I said the same thing. The cook had an attitude with the cashier like she didn't know what she was doing. She was doing a great job. She holding down the from end by herself, drive thru also. Bath room needed cleaning.
