“The chicken breast was tender and juicy with a perfectly golden crispy shell. The Cajun pinto beans and dirty rice were excellent. The biscuit was butter and melted in my mouth.The servers were kind, courteous and helpful. Very pleasant experience!!“
“Would like to compliment one employee in particular… ARIYANA (Ari) as she always makes sure my order is getting done as fast as possible, always helps others (a real team player) to expedite orders quickly. She is courteous, friendly, business driven and stays focused. She communicates effectively and timely to make every visit a pleasure.It’s a real asset to Zaxbys to have her as an employee and today I told the Mgr this. “First, this is an IHOP. No idea why another business is listed at this address. The management needs to do something about the smell. Near the door, it smelled of dirty mop water. Immediately killed the appetite. The restrooms are not great.BUT the staff are nice.The food: I ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich and hash browns. No idea if any of it is made from scratch but, before long, I forgot about the smell.“

“Haven't been to many Zaxby's but this is one of the nicest ones. The staff was very nice and super quick too before I even payed the food was basically ready. The inside of the store is also super nice like a proper restaurant. Also one other huge upside there is tons of parking.“
“Oh my, this Zaxby’s is the best one I have been to in my whole life. They were so freaking sweet, we had to wait a lil while (like 2 min) for them to finish making the fried pickles and they gave us cookies as an apology. “We were quick to place our order, but once we got to checkout, the CS rep asked what our order was! There was someone in front of us and no one behind us! (Thus my 4 stars)Our order was exactly as placed. Only one con, if you like gravy with your mash, have them put it in a separate cup! There was about a tablespoon on each of ours.“
“We came to Rudy’s as we passed by because the menu looked extremely delicious. We were hosted by Marianne at the bar who is absolutely fantastic. She makes an amazing Manhattan, and she whipped up a Mocktail for my girlfriend that was out of this world. When the fried chicken sandwich came, it was everything and more it touted to be. So delicious. Can’t wait to come back and hang out with Marianne at the bar because she’s super friendly professional and gave us great recommendations to finish up our trip here in Charleston.“
