I had a fun date with my boyfriend yesterday, and we ate deviled eggs, fried pickles, and split the chicken pot pie & General Rudy's Chicken! Arrian, our server was kind enough to let the kitchen know, and they split the dishes into 2 separate plates for us! It was so thoughtful, and very much appreciated! Thank you for making us feel special, and for such amazing service! We will definitely be back! 5 stars!

Rudy Royale is a gem in Charleston with delicious southern food. The restaurant is spacious and clean, with a cozy and upscale pub vibe that can be a bit noisy. Highlights from the menu include the tender, juicy, and perfectly done fried chicken, the famous bread pudding, and the cornbread. The short rib ragu is also fantastic. Portions are generous and the food has been described as absolutely delicious. Service is excellent, very friendly, and attentive, with well-informed staff.
