Excellent dinner! Very pretty dining room. Service quite good! Appetizers good, broiled oysters, carpaccio especially. Smoked duck, Soft shell crab entrees very good. Brussels sprouts side veg served 5. Toffee pudding and pound cake strawberry shortcake delicious. Wine list and wine service exceptional. Our server Paula treated the table to complimentary glasses of bubbles to celebrate a special birthday. Would recommend highly.Dietary restrictions: Very helpful with GF options.
My husband and I had a fantastic dinner at High Cotton. The filet mignon along with the mashed potatoes and asparagus were delicious. The best part of the dinner was the service. We were treated very well and it made the evening feel special. Alpha, one of the managers along with our server, Alicia, were very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and provided wonderful customer service. My favorite restaurant of all time. My husband and I had our wedding reception here in the East Bay room. The staff is always fantastic, the music is always great, the food and drinks are always to die for. Is it cheap? No. Is it worth it? Absolutely 100%, totally yes. FYI please don’t be the person who shows up here in jeans or workout clothing.
