Once I arrived back to the store after I ate my food in front of my hungry wife (she insisted) I was greeted by a staff member and was treated great. “I was travelling and went to beaufort zaxby .They messed up my order and I really wanted to enjoy my drive time .I decided to stop at this Zaxby .I let the lady at front know my issue and she said it's diff. Franchise but can be fixed . The manager Jaedyne redone my sides and served me hot fries . This staff made my day ,great customer service. I definitely would go back again .“
