The staff was pleasant. The drinks and food were good. My friend got the frozen tequila drink that was really good and my wife got the Michelada that was served in an interesting way. Overall the only complaints are minor. All the food needed salt and would have been really helped if they were served with a lime wedge or two to brighten the dishes up. And the birra was a little dry and bland.“

“Phenomenal service!! We were in town for a dance competition and came as a very large group ( roughly 25 counting the kids). The staff handled it like rockstars! I fully anticipated us overwhelming the kitchen and having a little bit of a wait. Boy was I wrong. Some of our families were getting their food by the time our last group was placing their order. It actually has a better view of the stage than the GA area where people are sitting/laying on blankets. No folding chairs allowed. Small parking area. Handicap parking fills up quickly.“

Juicy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned beef stacked with all the right fixings—it was messy in the best way and cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite was a harmony of smoky, savory, and slightly sweet bliss. But what really put this meal over the top was the mastermind behind the grill—Wax. Whoever this wizard is, give him a raise, a trophy, and maybe his own Food Network show. You could tell this burger was made with love, intention, and serious culinary skill. We came for a celebration, but we left talking about that burger. Honestly, if you’re in Charleston and don’t stop by Rusty Bull Brewing for the 3005 Burger, you’re doing it wrong. “Food I great. The girl that wrang me up at 9:15:35pm on 8/17/26 was not polite at all. Tell her to ask how the customers day is going when they smile and ask how her day is going. When I learned restaurant skills the first thing I learned was to put my emotions to the side regardless of the day I was having. If I couldn’t be polite enough to ask the how customers day is going back after they ask me. Or at the very least say “good thank you” instead of “good what are you getting”. She had a death stare going on.“

“I recently moved here about a week ago and stopped into this location as it was near work. I automatically felt overwhelmed with the amount of guest that were already in line ahead of me. Knowing that I had limited time I asked the woman that took my order to recommend something that was quick but also good. She suggested an in house favorite and advised that it would be out in no time. 20 mins later and two more refills of what was some really good sweet tea; I'm still waiting on my order. Now I will admit it was busy but I think I was caught up on the fact that I had expressed I didn't have a lot of time, I was new there, and that my order would be quick. That's when I met Taylor! I had no idea at the time she was the GM and only found out this morning. She came over to check on me and notice right away that while I was calm; I was getting antsy. She took it upon herself to call out my order to the back and get me an update and apologized for the wait. Moments later, not only did she give my food to to me herself, but comped the meal as well. This took me by surprise because you just don't find people who actually care anymore. This small act of kindness is what made me return to the restaurant this morning for a quick breakfast. Kudos to you Taylor for making my experience worth it and showing amazing leadership and kindness to your guest.“

“My Family first tried the North Charleston location a few months back, and as non meat or dairy consumers, we were pleasantly surprised at the variety that Azul Mexicano had to offer. As a lover of Mexican food that is authentic, I definitely recommend this place for food, service, and atmosphere. The next location was James island which was even better! Our server greeted us with a smile every time that she approached and made sure to check on us often. Although the music was quite loud inside(even in the restroom) we had the option of eating outside on a beautiful day. The bugs were pretty much non-existent, and the traffic noise was no issue as we sat and ate. The food was also perfect for two children ages 6 and under.“

“Ever since the Chinese Express on Old Trolley went completely down hill Yummy Yummy has become my main place for Chinese takeout and they did not disappoint. The only issue I have is they don’t have any combo meals. You have to get a full container of rice and sesame chicken, which isn’t what someone always want to purchase“

The fries were the only real food complaint, cooked really well but no seasoning, not even salt. They tasted okay but I ended up dipping them in the garlic sauce to make them taste better. They also threw in a plantain and it was good too! Atmosphere is effected bc its a food truck but the lady in the truck was friendly and so polite!! Definitely recommend this place, so good!!“

The green beans were delicious and the pot roast I had was so flavorful! I also decided to get a strawberry shortcake cup which was so good I didn’t even get to take a photo!“

“I'm a huge fan of this place! Every time I have a day off, I head to Walmart to pick up some groceries and always grab takeout from here. The portions are generous, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is unique and seems to focus more on takeout, which makes sense to me.“
