“We had an excellent experience at Page’s! Everyone that works here is so friendly, and the food is fantastic. We had the Redneck Rolls which were unique and delicious - I would drive from Charlotte just to get these again. Also, for other southerners who are harsh tea critics, theirs is great!“
“I thought I knew what a good breakfast biscuit tasted like, until I came here for the first time. The breakfast here puts all others to shame! Not only is the food delicious (especially the vicious biscuit itself), but the service was fast and considerate. If you are in the area this is the best place you could get breakfast from!“
“Thrilled with our experience at this Mt Pleasant coffee haven! The baristas go above and beyond with their warm, attentive service. We were visiting from out of town and found a local gem! The barista provided great recommendations for our iced coffees.“
“Having worked here for 5 years, I can easily say that I love this brewery. Thank you John, Jim, and Josh for bringing me on. Thank you Sandy and Dave for your mentorship. Thank you Khoi for the delicious beer. Thank you Mark for your wealth of world knowledge. This has definitely been a rewarding experience and my favorite place to ever work at. I love the atmosphere, the people, and the beer is great!“
“Delicious gyros! Traditional Greek recipes and ingredients. No lamb- and they took the time to explain why. In Greece lamb gyros are not traditional which I found interesting and insightful. That being said, they informed me they are known for pork…of course I ordered chicken before knowing. So I will just need to come back and get the pork soon ? the baklava was also perfectly flakey and just the right amount of sweetness. I like when there are still identifiable pieces of nuts in the layers and theirs certainly had some. Can’t wait to return.“
“An excellent experience! I had the grilled Seafood Platter and it was perfect and delicious. There were six of us and each entree was beautifully prepared and plated. Our server was knowledgeable, pleasant, and attentive. A local gem!Dietary restrictions: Server was very knowledgeable about Gluten free options.“
“Lunch was hours and hours ago, I wanted something easy and takeaway. Bon Banh Mi appeared in my Yelp search results and so we headed here. I placed a take away order at the counter and it didn't take long before my sandwich was ready.Yes, I chose the Banh Mi sandwich with "five spice ground pork" and it was delicious. Still hot by the time I parked, it was full of meat and veggies and lots of flavor.Next time, dine in. This was yummy!Vegetarian options: Lots of options with red curry tofuParking: Nice parking lot though it could be better lit.“
“I had the pleasure of stopping by there yesterday afternoon and it was awesome. Super friendly staff, great space (i didnt know about the huge warehouse area until I was about to leave) and the 4 different beers I tried were are very good and true to style. My only regret is not grabbing a 4 pack of the Black IPA to go! PRO TIP" Google Maps will get you almost there...its a blue building down behind a row of industrial buildings, across the street from two blokes :)“
“I visited Nautical Bowls in Mount Pleasant, SC during a spring break vacation and I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Everything was delicious and the owner (I didn’t get her name) was SO helpful and friendly. She let me and my boyfriend sample whatever we wanted, as this was his first time trying an açaí bowl. The inside was decorated so cute and is a great hangout spot for friends. I will definitely be back when I come back and visit? If you’re looking for a great smoothie bowl, this is the place!!“
“I absolutely love every experience that I’ve had at vintage coffee in Mount Pleasant! The avocado toast is beyond incredible, sweet, salty, and definitely unique, it’s a masterpiece of flavor. Coupled with a great service that makes for a fantastic place to meet friends, family and clients. Awesome place to have coffee outside and enjoy the sunny weather..“
“I drank the coffee and ascended to heaven, all jokes aside this coffee shop is great me and my daughter had the chai and they turned out great and tasted lovely. They have a variety of choices of drinks and the food looked good too. The atmosphere is nice I thought that the red that i saw from the photos wouldn’t look that good but when I went there in person it had a really productive vibe to it. The boys that were attending the register and making drinks were great and did a great job with our drinks. REMEMBER TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES. Would choose this over Starbucks any day. ALSO THEIR DOG FRIENDLY ?“
“Ordered the soft shell crab special… it was HUGE! Got two of them along with risotto and broccoli. We had good service but witnessed a few customers coming up to staff saying they needed service at their table. Otherwise we were just fine. Husband got the new Tuna bowl… which was also amazing. I will say my soft soft crab special, being $49.95, should have been disclosed ahead of time (the cost.) I probably would have still ordered as the dish was a ton of food but for others, maybe something to consider. I wish I snapped a pic of it. Broccoli was cooked PERFECTLY and the risotto was sooo good. It had corn and asparagus cuts in it. Amazing. Overall, great experience, with friendly staff.“
“Good selection of smoked meats and sides. The only suggestion I can give is offer the pickles and onions as a side dish as well and give your customers sweet corn muffins with their meal.Vegetarian options: Can get a vegetable plate if you want.“
“I showed up at 7 minutes before closing time with a special needs adult and a toddler. Server Kelly looked at us as we poked our heads in, looked at the clock, and said "sure, come on in." She proceeded to serve us like we were VIP's and the best thing to happen to her all day. What's more, the food is awesome. Really good. Huge menu for a breakfast place. I'm a fan.“
“This restaurant was so cute and the food was delicious! The staff were so kind and friendly. The kids keep asking to go back which is rare for everyone to agree on the same place! We highly recommend the creamy polenta, it was so good we ordered a second round!Kid-friendliness: Great kids options, friendly staff“
“If I could give 10 stars I would!! I was visiting my son last week in CHARLSTON SC and was lucky to have experienced this Amazing High quality Brewery !!! The people and Staff were amazing and that comes from Great Ownership!!! If you are ever down in SC try this place for INCREDIBLE BEER !!! Respectfully Patrick Baker !! Special thanks to the Owner Rhett and James the Brew master“
“We were seated right away on a Monday night. The restaurant was about 3/4 full and appeared to be doing a brisk take-away. Donna was our server and was friendly and attentive. Our food arrived quickly and were quite good size portions! My salmon was cooked perfectly and the Thai chili sauce was a great compliment to it. My husband's roast beef sandwich was stuffed full and he even liked the horseradish mayo they used. This place is definitely going on the list of where to eat in Mount Pleasant.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free and vegetarian options.“
“The front porch is my absolute favorite!I am there every morning , as are my husband and my team.We love the great coffees and lattes accompanied by warm and soft breakfast bagels . It is always extremely clean ? and cozy. The dine in mugs are definitely making you feel at home. Employees are always smiling and making us feel welcome ?“
“Get the Hans special coffee don't know how he makes it he won't tell but it's chocolatyVegetarian options: Get the tomato and fresh mozzarella with pesto on foccacciaDietary restrictions: Locally sourced as much as possibleKid-friendliness: They employ half of WandoWheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp“
“We had the best drinks ever made by the bartender Gage! He was so sweet & made such delicious drinks. We had the lavender sunset, blackberry smash, and a Kentucky mule. He even made up a delicious mocktail for my 10 year old niece. We’ll definitely come back! ?“
“Stopped in on way to Isle of Palms. Wasn’t very busy, mid week about an hour before closing. Staff was great (one was training another and they both seemed to be good at their job, so the training must have been solid). Two adults, two teens and one toddler and we all enjoyed it. The four of us non-toddlers all finished our burgers and thought they were really good (the teens added it to our “we are coming back here next trip to SC). I had the Napa Valley burger and it was fantastic. Also needs to be said that the burgers are a “normal” size - maybe they’re a little smaller than some places, but they’re a perfect size. You’re not dislocating a jaw or deconstructing the burger to enjoy it. A lot of place could learn from this portion size. If you want something crazily oversized, go for the onion rings.“
“A great mix of so many things! The burgers and sandwiches were so tasty, but then came the sushi which was mouthwatering! Great food and service, price point was very reasonable! And for sure, get the nachos, they were amazing. Will definitely be back.“
“Crazy Mason is such an incredible dessert spot and experience. The service, atmosphere, and ice cream makes us feel like we are on vacation! What a treat! Whenever we have out of town guests, Crazy Mason is always our go to spot for dessert.“
“Love this place. Perfect for the beer aficionado or even the casual beer drinker looking to expand his/her palate. Great vibe to the place and a knowledgeable staff. Parking is decent too.My one knock is when I asked for water (after I'd reached my limit) the barkeep handed me a plastic cup and said pointed me to the water fountain in the back near the restroom.Come on guys. It's water. Don't send your patrons to fill their own plastic cup from your drinking fountain. It's the little things. This won't keep me from returning. I'll be back but I just like to give reasons for my grade of 4 stars versus 5.“
“Absolutely delicious! We were so lucky to find Crave on our last night in Mount Pleasant. Perfect ending to our trip. Abigail was a delightful waitress and very helpful. From the sweet potato bread with honey butter, pan-seared cod on hummus with spring vegetables, the Mediterranean salad, and chocolate/peanut butter dessert, we were in food heaven. Even the Sea Island spiced Rum and coke were perfect. Expensive, but worth every penny. We would be eating here frequently if we lived in the Charleston area.Vegetarian options: Several salad options as well as appetizers.Dietary restrictions: My husband and I are diabetic and try to watch carb intake. We are also vegetarian. I didn't do as well because I had to try dessert. However, there were quite a meals that met our needs and we were happy.Parking: Crave is in a cute shopping development. There was parking in front as well behind the restaurant. There was a entrance in the back so that you don't have to walk around to the front door in inclement weather.“
“I go to Lillie Fuel weekly, sometimes daily and am always satisfied with my order. Their Veggie sausage breakfast sandwich is one of my favorites. I always buy extra protein muffins (chocolate chip is my favorite) and leave some in the car and at home for quick snacks throughout the same or before a morning workout. Highly recommend them for kids and adults of all ages!Dietary restrictions: Almost all dietary restrictions can be accommdatedParking: Parking lot in front of store.“
“Phenomenal wine bar! It’s been around 2 years since I moved from the area. With that being said, Daniel and Josh recognized me right away. They make it easy to sip great wine, have a bite to eat, and a great time. Highly recommend the Prosciutto Flatbread with Fig Jam.“
“This was a last-minute lunch before heading back home because I was craving a grilled chicken sandwich. I ended up with a blackened chicken sandwich, fries, and a sweet tea. Everything was way too good to be fast food. I wish I lived nearby so I could come back regularly. The patio area is also so cute.“
“If I could eat here every day I would! Staff super friendly, I feel like I'm talking to family when I order my food. And everything on the menu is but if you don't know what you want I suggest the platter. You can sit and eat at the tables outside the food truck (dog friendly!!) or do take out!“
“My wife and I recently traveled to the Charleston area for our honeymoon and stopped here for lunch. We were both extremely satisfied with our selections. The chicken parm sandwich was spectacular. It was definitely more than I could finish. Beyond the food, our servers were fine examples of the friendliness and hospitality that the Low Country and Charleston are known for. If you are a local or visiting the area, make it a stop for lunch.“
“My girlfriend and I are in town for a week and hit this spot randomly after a beach day with the dog. What a find! The jalepeno shrimp tacos are seriously the best shrimp tacos I've ever had, and the price is not super inflated like a lot of other "Street taco" style places I've been to. Margaritas were on point (prickly pear is hands down the best) and nice and strong. Even with all the choices we have around Charleston for only being here a week we chose to come here multiple times because of how good it was. If I'm ever back, there's no question where I'm coming again.“
“I had a great time at Wasabi the other day! The food was awesome and the service was even better! My glass never got below half full thanks to Paul! I will definitely return back to Wasabi! If you are planning to go to Wasabi make sure you ask for Paul!“
“Great little shack on the side of an Ace hardware store. This place should be Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. I had the smokehouse Cuban and fries… Delicious. Service is great, prices are reasonable for the food you get, the atmosphere is fun/chill… it’s all outdoor seating. My only regret is that I found this place on my last day of a weeklong visit. I’d have comeback everyday and worked through the menu… although I’d have had to fight the urge to order the Cuban everyday.Kid-friendliness: My 4 year old and 7 year old would have no problem finding something to eat. The parking lot wasn’t too busy while I was there, but the seating is outdoor and right next to the parking lot.“
“If you want to get coffee in the morning this is a amazing coffee place! They have a lot of different drinks to try. Starbucks employees are absolutely amazing and so greatly! It is definitely worth the money and they also have online order which can get you points to get a free drink if you have enough points. They have clean bathrooms and amazing service. 10/10 WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!“
“We are visiting Charleston and went in search of a nice, reasonable, well served seafood place. We found Wando River Grill and it is AMAZING in everyway!! Our server, Maggie, was so patient, helpful and attentive--we loved her!! The white chocolate bread pudding is out of this world--you have to try it! We will be back!!!“
“Always have a good time at Mainland. On the most recent visit, it was pretty crowded and they may have been understaffed so service was a little slow. But service staff was very friendly and helpful.I ordered the grouper bites which were ok. Not a fan of the breading/batter they used but the fish was good and great sauce to accommodate. They usually have some live music on the weekends and the outdoor space is where it’s all at! Usually they have decent amount of seating unless it’s an oyster roast day.The best part is the dogs love it.“
“Had the opportunity to visit last night for the first time. Had some apps and pasta. Everything was great . Coming from nyc and Philly we have high standards for Italian cuisine. Most Italian restaurants in Charleston are a disappointment. Savi is our go to place now. If you stop at the bar be sure to say hi to Keith.“
“The place to go for some good breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The food here is always good, and the portion sizes do fit the price tag. The drinks here are also good with their variety of breakfast cocktails and spiked coffees, and they do not skimp on the alcohol. The dining area is clean, and the service was pretty quick. The staff were very helpful and friendly to make sure our table was taken care of. I'd definitely recommend this place for brunch.Parking: Free strip mall parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Good place to take the kids and family.“
“The personality of the manager really made it for us, from the moment we walked in the door. He was extremely friendly outgoing and personable which is something so many places are missing these days !The food was amazing as well. Personally I’m not a fan of pizza sauce so we opted for some different pizzas which turned out amazing. The garlic butter is to die for. We had to take some home. I’m not sure if the bread bites or the ultimate white pizza was my favorite. But the boys loved the original zeppoli which had raspberry. I personally didn’t like them but I’m not a fan of icing. We definitely will be back“
“Fantastic spot. Right on the water. Tons of shade on the deck. Several bars to hang out at. BBQ was fine but wouldn’t recommend. The grilled shrimp were awesome. Grouper fingers were delicious and light. Would definitely recommend for drinks. We got the dockside lemonade that was delicious but are way stronger than they seem.“
“Amazing beers and super accomodating and helpful staff. We arrived here late on a Saturday, just about 30 minutes before closing time. The servers were both amazing and didn't make us feel rushed at all. We had a flight of beers after discussing various options from their large selection. Everything was delicious, and we bought some to bring home and share. Will return on a future visit.“
“My go to place every time I’m visiting Charleston. I’m a subscriber and investor in The Bomb Co and can’t recommend all of their products! However, I really want the grab and go options to come back. I miss the buffalo chickpea salad so much ? that and their egg salad was a staple for my beach days!!“
“Server Lavonne was great! Very responsive and pleasant. Had the Florentine Biscuit Bennie. Thought I wouldn’t like it with the biscuit instead of english muffin, but loved it. Egg cooked perfectly and biscuit was yummy. I sat at one of the high tops in the bar area and couldn’t have asked for better service! Coffee was ver good too and they even had oat milk.“
“I've never really had a bad experience there. Whenever I've had an issue, it's quickly and happily resolved. Cannot beat the location on Shem Creek- Fantastic views - option of the cabana bar or inside dining room depending on your mood. Reasonably priced - Great happy hour at the Cabana Bar.“
“This place has the beans, best tasting coffee in town. I’ve come in with a long line and it has moved quickly, a couple days ago there was only one person working with a lot going on and they were still very cool not showing any frustration. I also work at a coffee shop and can’t say I would’ve been as calm. A ton of indoor and outdoor seating, gender neutral bathrooms, nice spot for a coffee date.“
“We had a great experience with a large group following a baseball game. They moved tables to accommodate us and our server Brittany was excellent! Food came out fast and was excellent. We ordered fish and chips, nachos, wings, and burgers amongst our group and everyone enjoyed immensely!! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!“
“This is a very nice spot for breakfast (all day.) Clean and nice environment inside and also has come comfortable booths. We had an omelet, pancake, egged benedict, and sweet tea. Kasita was a wonderful waitress. They have booster seats and high chairs. Parking in back.Parking: Park in back parking free lotKid-friendliness: Have booster seat, high chair coloring paper Nd crayons.“
“View, seeing dolphins… beautiful.Food very good.Service…all, I repeat, all servers nice but out of sink as far as coming back to order more drinks, refilling water, seeing how food was and if needed anything. They did ask but we were almost done. From beginning to end a total of servers at least 6.Would we go back. Yup. Food and view made it worth it.Oh, BTW, if you don’t like animals near your food, don’t sit outside because dogs are welcome.“
“We love this place- and added bonus that there is open air seating at a bar and outdoor table and chairs. But what would make this better is a location on Clements Ferry! There are plenty of open retail units and new builds so please come check it out!“
“Truly outstanding! I have visited Charleston for years, and yes there are good restaurants downtown, BUT Grace and Grit is equal or tops them!! We dined twice, and both times the food is exquisitely executed, so fresh, flavors created with great care, service each time over the top excellent! The manager came over and was truly a gem! He cares so much for the patrons, restaurant and staff, and it shows! Facility is spotless, modern, and very inviting. Lots of choices for beverages, and bourbon lovers will be ecstatic with 400 choices! Try the local appetizer clams, I am still craving them they are so good! We are from Florida, and their key lime pie is better than the original in Key West, and honestly other places I have had in Florida. Loved everything, from salad, to clams, oysters, fish all so fresh, and my husband had their pork chop that was also beyond excellent! This is our new favorite place first over anything famous downtown. Don't pass up- you will be sorry you missed. Location just a minute over the bridge, no challenges for parking as free large lot.“
