“Cute little family-run place with a great selection of kid and grown-up palate friendly treats. Can't wait to go back and try their gluten free cake. If you are en route to IOP, or just hanging out in Mt Pleasant near the target shopping center, make sure you stop by and try them out! Businesses like this are what make Mt Pleasant a great place to live and play.“
“Best pizza I've ever had in my life!! Service was amazing, they make everyone feel like a part of the family. We were visiting for vacation and found this gem based on reviews. My only regret is that I can't go here in a regular basis.“
“Delicious, wonderful gluten free cupcakes! My brother in law is Celiac and enjoyed having worry-free funfetti cupcakes on his birthday! The owner, Katie, replied to my inquiry instantly and answered questions quickly and thoroughly. 10/10 recommend!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-Free, Celiac Friendly“
“Our son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Red Drum was truly exceptional, and I can't praise it enough. Every aspect of the evening exceeded our expectations. The staff was not only professional but also warm and friendly, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed. The food was outstanding, receiving numerous compliments for both its variety and quality. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making us feel at ease throughout the entire event. Words can't express how pleased we were with our experience. Red Drum has certainly won us over as lifelong patrons, and I'll confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.Parking: Not a ton of parking at the restaurant, but plenty of on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.“
“I visited Nautical Bowls in Mount Pleasant, SC during a spring break vacation and I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Everything was delicious and the owner (I didn’t get her name) was SO helpful and friendly. She let me and my boyfriend sample whatever we wanted, as this was his first time trying an açaí bowl. The inside was decorated so cute and is a great hangout spot for friends. I will definitely be back when I come back and visit? If you’re looking for a great smoothie bowl, this is the place!!“
“A month ago, was able to reserve dinner for a big group of 20.Arrived this past Tuesday and Travis Parys (G.M.) did a great job in helping coordinate the 2 tables, staff (our server was Whitney and she did fantastic-sadly I can't remember the name of other gentleman at 2nd table). Everyone was thrilled with the drinks, service and excellent food. All stated they would return. Thanks for helping me make the start of our 3 day adventure in Charleston so perfect.“
“I drank the coffee and ascended to heaven, all jokes aside this coffee shop is great me and my daughter had the chai and they turned out great and tasted lovely. They have a variety of choices of drinks and the food looked good too. The atmosphere is nice I thought that the red that i saw from the photos wouldn’t look that good but when I went there in person it had a really productive vibe to it. The boys that were attending the register and making drinks were great and did a great job with our drinks. REMEMBER TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES. Would choose this over Starbucks any day. ALSO THEIR DOG FRIENDLY ?“
“Ordered the soft shell crab special… it was HUGE! Got two of them along with risotto and broccoli. We had good service but witnessed a few customers coming up to staff saying they needed service at their table. Otherwise we were just fine. Husband got the new Tuna bowl… which was also amazing. I will say my soft soft crab special, being $49.95, should have been disclosed ahead of time (the cost.) I probably would have still ordered as the dish was a ton of food but for others, maybe something to consider. I wish I snapped a pic of it. Broccoli was cooked PERFECTLY and the risotto was sooo good. It had corn and asparagus cuts in it. Amazing. Overall, great experience, with friendly staff.“
“The cookies are the best around in the area. They have Oatmeal raisin, sugar, peanut butter, chocolate chip cookies. The chess pie is very delicious and is a must try. They have the best dessert in the Mount pleasant area and they are well with the drive. They also have a chicken Cordon blue appetizers in their frozen section that are also one of my favorites to pickup.“
“I showed up at 7 minutes before closing time with a special needs adult and a toddler. Server Kelly looked at us as we poked our heads in, looked at the clock, and said "sure, come on in." She proceeded to serve us like we were VIP's and the best thing to happen to her all day. What's more, the food is awesome. Really good. Huge menu for a breakfast place. I'm a fan.“
“We were seated right away on a Monday night. The restaurant was about 3/4 full and appeared to be doing a brisk take-away. Donna was our server and was friendly and attentive. Our food arrived quickly and were quite good size portions! My salmon was cooked perfectly and the Thai chili sauce was a great compliment to it. My husband's roast beef sandwich was stuffed full and he even liked the horseradish mayo they used. This place is definitely going on the list of where to eat in Mount Pleasant.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free and vegetarian options.“
“My sister and I were looking for a breakfast place we could sit outside this morning and found this place. Absolutely amazing! The food was impeccable, service was excellent and the outdoor seating was comfortable!! Beware of all of the yummy choices in the pastry case, I wanted to try them all!! I will definitely be bringing my better half here for breakfast very soon!“
“Get the Hans special coffee don't know how he makes it he won't tell but it's chocolatyVegetarian options: Get the tomato and fresh mozzarella with pesto on foccacciaDietary restrictions: Locally sourced as much as possibleKid-friendliness: They employ half of WandoWheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp“
“Stopped in on way to Isle of Palms. Wasn’t very busy, mid week about an hour before closing. Staff was great (one was training another and they both seemed to be good at their job, so the training must have been solid). Two adults, two teens and one toddler and we all enjoyed it. The four of us non-toddlers all finished our burgers and thought they were really good (the teens added it to our “we are coming back here next trip to SC). I had the Napa Valley burger and it was fantastic. Also needs to be said that the burgers are a “normal” size - maybe they’re a little smaller than some places, but they’re a perfect size. You’re not dislocating a jaw or deconstructing the burger to enjoy it. A lot of place could learn from this portion size. If you want something crazily oversized, go for the onion rings.“
“Five stars take out service. Listened carefully to all requests and provided great recommendations. All items ordered were accounted for with no issues. Their thai seasoning and recipes are comparable to west coast (CA, WA, OR states) cuisine. Living in the southeast coast, finding an authentic, quality thai restaurants are few and far between. So, if you’re in the area and craving for thai food, then I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Try their green curry, sooo yummy!“
“We came in at the last minute to order a Hummingbird cake and the wonderful ladies at Bakies were able to come up with one when we needed it. The shop is a cute little spot in the I'on area. The cake was great, the service was marvelous, and we really appreciated their going the extra mile to help make my mom's birthday a success.“
“The Main Squeeze is my absolute go-to spot! I swing by nearly every day for a quick, healthy lunch fix that never disappoints. Without a doubt, it's one of the top local joints around. Whether I'm in need of a post-workout protein boost or just craving something delicious, there's no better option in town. Their ingredients are top-notch, and the flavors are simply unbeatable! Plus, Ethan and crew are pretty rad, adding to the vibe and making it one of MTP's absolute gems! If you're after a wholesome bite that hits the spot every time, look no further than The Main Squeeze. The Cocoa Loco with Blueberries, full send!“
“The food is excellent. We had an chocolate brownie and a cookies and cream cake, and they were fantastic. The coffee left something to be desired. I had an iced coffee and it was only half full. The taste was very mediocre and like it had been sitting there for a while.“
“Came here with the U Penn Baseball team and they treated us and the boys so well! Thank you Joe for fitting us all in and Joel our server who was incredible and funny! Also from as a fellow Italian I must say the chicken giambotta was incredible! Definitely recommend!“
“Stopped by this cafe with a very hungry toddler and were helped by Maria (spasibo!) who explained the best options for us. Enjoyed soup du jour, good coffee and nice atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Great attention and kindness to tiny customers:)“
“The service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable. Special thanks to Mary Ann for the excellent recommendations and for making us feel so well taken care of. Will be coming again to see my favorite server very soon!!!!!!“
“For the service, I can’t give more than five stars, but I would. We had Luke as our server, this person was simply amazing from the moment that he walked up to the table. He was more than attentive. It’s hard to find people like this nowadays. I am sure that all of their servers act this way I just happen to have him. This is my second time into this restaurant. The prices have gone up a little by no fault of theirs. I will return.“
“We’ve visited Verde a few times now , food is awesome . The only thing that doesn’t make this place perfect is that every one of our orders had either something missing or the wrong dish all together , also placing orders to go online , when I got there this last time the food wasn’t ready or even started because of their printer not being online so I had to wait for it , something I was trying to avoid because of a meeting I had to get to . Other then that it’s a great place I recommend it for sure .“
“Favorite grocery store! There are always deals and the gas points are next level! The layout of the store is well thought out. Also shout out to their graphic designers because putting the bar code on the TOP of the water bottles is the best! I don't know why companies put it at the bottom of the package so you have to struggle to get to it during checkout. It seems so obvious! Thank you Lowes Foods for making my day easier everytime I go. Also the staff is always nice and helpful feels like a real neighborhood store small town comfort that Mt Pleasant hasn't had in decades“
“Popped by for the first time a few days ago and Jessie was AWESOME. Probably the best customer service I've ever had. He told us about the health benefits of all of the juices/smoothies & let us try lots of samples! We will be back soon!!! (Also very cute/fun store) -Maria & Hannah“
“We sat in the bar area and Brandy was our waitress/bartender. This was our first time ever at P.F. Chang’s and it won’t be our last. The food was great. Best fried rice I’ve ever eaten. Brandy was very helpful and gave us some good tips. Staff was polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean.Parking: At lunch hour on a Saturday, we had no issues finding a parking spot.“
“It's a beautiful restaurant, perfect for a romantic night out. However, this review is only for their drinks. I visited the restaurant and sat at the bar where the bartender was amazing and recommended a few drinks for me. However, I ended up only ordering an old-fashioned one, which was a 9 out of 10. I had another drink that was good too.“
