“Absolutely love going to Brown Fox Coffee Box! They always make me something scrumptious to enjoy while just sitting and looking out at their serene view! Love that they are so community minded always hosting something for everyone from Book Clubs, Bible Studies, Yoga Classes, Animal Shelter fundraisers, Bicycling Clubs … and the list could go on and on! I always look forward to see what new things they offer each month! You can even describe to them what things you like and they will create a coffee just for you! I am a diabetic and love to that they have even come up with making a special drink just for me! Thank you for being my family’s and friend’s favorite spot! You definitely deserve 5 stars!“

“I cannot say ENOUGH wonderful things about this place and the owner!!! He was so incredibly caring and kind when we first met him and told him we were driving four hours to Charleston and back to Columbia to get our cat life saving dental surgery. Today, we went back after the kitty as he had his feeding tube removed. We even got to bring him in so they could meet.

Aside from all that, the coffee is out of this world! So smooth and fresh, and the highest quality. Run to this place and support a local treasure! The entire reason we love going to the area is places like this!“

“The Washington Cafe is seriously a whole vibe 🤎 My latte was so good, and our treats were amazing too—everything just felt fresh, intentional, and made with care. But what really stood out to me was the atmosphere. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and full of culture. It’s one of those places you walk into and instantly feel at ease. Huge shoutout to Peter Washington III for creating something so special—you can truly feel the heart behind it. If you’re in the Charleston/Mount Pleasant area, definitely stop by. “I’m a regular and honestly this last review doesn’t sound like the place I know. It’s pretty common for it to go from empty to busy in a matter of minutes.

I’ve never had anyone be rude to me here, and my drinks have always been solid. If something was wrong, they’ve always been willing to fix it.

“I had a 10/10 experience using the drive thru! This place is a blessing to the community. I’m from Bridgeport, CT and this reminded me of home. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese + avocado and was happily surprised to see a perfectly cooked egg between the poppy seed bread just like home! Staff were very kind and friendly. The owner obviously cares for the quality his customers experience. Oh and get the chicken salad, it tasted like rotisserie chicken was used - Delicious!“

They are bringing in some wonderful beans 👍and I’ve been really enjoying them! & having fun experimenting with some of their Ethiopians for espresso. I am so sick and tired of Starbucks! and how typically their brewed coffee no matter if you get the dark ,medium or light roast, is all too smoky. And they all have a similar smoky burnt flavor profile. Why they don’t offer a different flavor profile so you can get away from that smoky burnt flavor is beyond me.!🤔 maybe it’s a cost thing? so it’s very refreshing to be able to buy these wonderful beans or go into one of the second state locations and enjoy some really nice coffee! I’ve been to the downtown Charleston location. I’ve been to the Mount Pleasant location. And I’m excited to go check out the new Navy yard location and see how they do with their new slayer espresso machine! 🤩❤️😻👍😊“

“I want to send a very positive review for Spread Bagelry in Mount Pleasant, SC. This staff is amazing. Rachel at the counter is just the happiest person, looks at you when she speaks, and helps walk you through the menu. She is just a delight. I apologize that I don't have everyone else's names but everyone is kind and friendly. Now the good part. The food. Are you kidding me it is THE BEST BAGEL SHOP in MTP. No other places compare. The flavor of the bagels, the meats they make, the flavor combos, and just the overall vibe is fresh fresh fresh. There is plenty of parking since the shop is in an apartment complex/shopping area. Please go check out Spread. You won't be disappointed.“

“Stopped into Vintage Coffee Cafe during a road trip and it was the perfect little find. The weather was beautiful so we grabbed a table outside and it could not have been a better setting for a relaxed breakfast. Service was good, the coffee was great and the bacon was perfectly crispy. The fruit bowl was generous and fresh. Such a charming spot and a great stop if you are passing through Mount Pleasant. Would absolutely pop in again next time we are in the area.“

“This place is awesome! So few places are open 24/7 now. This is one of the only places around where you can get a coffee late at night, which is great if you're a night owl like me. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.“

“I am a regular at Starbucks and this is my favorite store. I always pick up in the drive through. My favorite barista was just recently recognized and I'm so proud of him. All the baristas are sweet to me except this one girl. Every time I get there she is passive aggressive with me. I have tried to call and submit my complaint and do not have anymore time to wait. I would love to hear back from the manager or corporate.“

“I go to this Starbucks every morning since it opened- the amazing staff is what sets it apart from other locations. Despite how extraordinarily busy they always seem to be- the staff remains unwaveringly friendly, professional and always prepares my morning coffee quickly. Sky is a delight to see in the morning and always greets me warmly.“

“Ordered a Grande Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. The line wasn’t long, the wait wasn’t long, and was not expensive compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to. The drink came out with 3/4 foam on the top which was only 1/4 cold brew. Pretty lopsided for my taste and not what I would expect with the typical quality control of Starbucks drinks.“

“I’ve had such a lovely experience at the Starbucks on Highway 41, especially because of Skylar. I first met her on her very first day, and when I came back on her second day, she remembered me—which genuinely made me smile.

Skylar is incredibly sweet, warm, and personable. We talked about how she’s attending nursing school at Trident Tech while also working, and her kindness and genuine interest in people already shine through. She made the visit feel less like a quick coffee stop and more like a real human connection.

She’s a wonderful addition to this location, and I hope Starbucks knows what a gem they have in her!“
