I am a regular at Starbucks and this is my favorite store. I always pick up in the drive through. My favorite barista was just recently recognized and I'm so proud of him. All the baristas are sweet to me except this one girl. Every time I get there she is passive aggressive with me. I have tried to call and submit my complaint and do not have anymore time to wait. I would love to hear back from the manager or corporate.
Manager is so sweet!
I usually go through the drive through. Always very friendly and quick! Drinks have been made correctly every time so far!

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a positive experience for many customers, thanks to its dedicated staff and friendly atmosphere. The baristas are known for their efficiency, especially during busy morning hours, with one barista receiving special mention for her quick service and ability to handle multiple tasks. Customers appreciate the personal touch, as some staff members remember regulars' names and go above and beyond in their service. However, there are some concerns about the new drip coffee machine, which has received complaints for producing coffee that tastes weak. Additionally, while the staff is hardworking, there have been issues with the cleanliness of the restrooms, which are shared with a neighboring car shop. On a brighter note, customers enjoy customized drinks like the "Butterbeer Float," and many find the location to be clean and welcoming. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a place where good service and great coffee can be found, despite some areas needing improvement.
