I ordered by mobile order my venti latte with nonfat milk no foam. I received about 14oz of coffee/milk with a lot of foam. If I’m going to pay $6 for a 20oz coffee, I would like 20oz coffee the way I ordered it:Coffee with steamed milk to the top, no foam. Please ask all the baristas to honor this sort of request. This has been an ongoing issue here and in other Starbucks. Some baristas do make the coffees just right, and we always appreciate the service and good quality of Starbucks coffee.

I’m usually a Dunkin girl but this Starbucks is right by the hotel we’ve been at for the last few months for work. The service here is just amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and my order is always perfect! It really is the little things sometimes. Seeing a smiling face in the morning when you’re exhausted is such a great way to start the day. Thanks team for being amazing!!

This Starbucks at James Nelson and hwy 17 is THE WORST they never have the drinks ready my daughter ordered at 3:20 and at 3:55 still not ready a mobile order then if they make something wrong they give you attitude I honestly don’t recommend this

I took a star off for location, we were doing drive thru. Parking and another tire store are in the middle of a very busy drive thru. I also think paying $11 for two drinks is wild but my wife loves Starbucks so I guess I do too. I didn't take a star off for my cost rant. Sip... Attitude adjustment really I love Starbucks...
The service here is always excellent and deeply appreciated! The parking is extremely tight and slightly convoluted, but it has never once stopped me from stopping in. If you want your caffeine badly enough, you’ll make it happen, and this gem is a good place to do that!

The quality of the products here has gotten worse and worse in the past year I’ve been going here. I moved to where this is my closest location and I’m not impressed. The coffee is consistently burnt, the food is carelessly prepared, and my orders are never ready when expected. My last cup of coffee from there was so burnt and bitter I just asked them to pour it out. Very disappointing.
