The food is consistently ihop, it is what it is. No complaints as long as your expectations are appropriate. The main challenge at this location is parking. Which leads into the second issue that they don’t do curbside pickup. The website won’t tell you that, so if you’re trying to place an order and it won’t go through it may be because you’ve chosen curbside.
