“Absolutely adorable coffee shop. Workers were all very kind and hardworking. Vibe is laid back and energy is great. Their croissants were buttery and flaky. Chicken salad, pimento cheese, and bacon, egg, and cheese were all quality ingredients. The coffee was superb. Absolutely will add to our list of spots in Charleston. Expect a short wait due to so many folks being interested in this awesome place. It is well worth it.“

I’ve never had anyone be rude to me here, and my drinks have always been solid. If something was wrong, they’ve always been willing to fix it.

“Best coffee in Charleston! It’s delicious, smooth and wakes you up! Many of the newer shops popping up have very bitter coffee. You can tell the coffee at cooper river is carefully sourced and the owner is very knowledgeable! When we go in, it’s one person making the drinks (owner?) and you can tell its quality over volume. 10/10 recommend!“

“My husband got the mint chocolate chip frappe and LOVED it! And he’s picky! I got the iced dirty chai tea latte with cold foam and I’ve had many before, and it was not great. Tasted like cinnamon watered down milk and didn’t get cold foam at all so wasn’t too thrilled given the price I paid for it.“

“Stopped into Vintage Coffee Cafe during a road trip and it was the perfect little find. The weather was beautiful so we grabbed a table outside and it could not have been a better setting for a relaxed breakfast. Service was good, the coffee was great and the bacon was perfectly crispy. The fruit bowl was generous and fresh. Such a charming spot and a great stop if you are passing through Mount Pleasant. Would absolutely pop in again next time we are in the area.“

“This place is awesome! So few places are open 24/7 now. This is one of the only places around where you can get a coffee late at night, which is great if you're a night owl like me. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.“

“I am a regular at Starbucks and this is my favorite store. I always pick up in the drive through. My favorite barista was just recently recognized and I'm so proud of him. All the baristas are sweet to me except this one girl. Every time I get there she is passive aggressive with me. I have tried to call and submit my complaint and do not have anymore time to wait. I would love to hear back from the manager or corporate.“

“I’ve had such a lovely experience at the Starbucks on Highway 41, especially because of Skylar. I first met her on her very first day, and when I came back on her second day, she remembered me—which genuinely made me smile.

Skylar is incredibly sweet, warm, and personable. We talked about how she’s attending nursing school at Trident Tech while also working, and her kindness and genuine interest in people already shine through. She made the visit feel less like a quick coffee stop and more like a real human connection.

“Ordered a Grande Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. The line wasn’t long, the wait wasn’t long, and was not expensive compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to. The drink came out with 3/4 foam on the top which was only 1/4 cold brew. Pretty lopsided for my taste and not what I would expect with the typical quality control of Starbucks drinks.“
