Best egg salad sandwich on earth!!’ Kids love the ham sandwiches. We picnicked last Sunday on IOP and picked up lunch! Easy peasy!! Fix the ice cream machine!!!!

Based on reviews, The Co-Op Deli & Market is a staple on Sullivans, offering great, fresh food for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner. The sandwiches are big, absolutely delicious, and come out super fast. The tuna salad sandwich is the best ever had, with a ton of tuna and a great kick. A dirty chai latte is delicious and not super sweet. Prices are reasonable for the area. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, with down to earth good service. The atmosphere is intentionally simple, relaxed, and casual, which is good for grabbing a great sandwich before a walk on the beach. There is a little market next to the restaurant with nice local and regional items, though prices are not posted. Highly recommend getting a sandwich and a froze to go.
