“My husband got the mint chocolate chip frappe and LOVED it! And he’s picky! I got the iced dirty chai tea latte with cold foam and I’ve had many before, and it was not great. Tasted like cinnamon watered down milk and didn’t get cold foam at all so wasn’t too thrilled given the price I paid for it.“

“THE SWEETEST MOST GENIUNE PEOPLE!! Coffee was absolutely delicious and they asked us to taste our order to make sure it was to our liking in case they needed to adjust the flavors. Best coffee I’ve ever had, so flavorful and everything is made in house! I’ve never seen this before and it just added to the positive energy here! They are so so so sweet I can’t explain it! I haven’t come across a coffee shop this amazing!“

“We adored this place! We accidentally found the downtown Charleston location during our stay there at a close AirBNB! We visited 3 times in our 2.5 days there. Then, we passed by the John’s Island location on our way to Kiawah and decided to make the 25 min drive the next morning for our coffee and pop tart fix! Great coffee, service, pastries, toasts and local drink and food finds!“

“My Husband and I spent the last part of our Anniversary Day at Charleston Coffee Exchange....Bee's Ferry/ Ashley River Road Location. It was our first time...my Husband picked from Online Coffee Shop Listings. WOW! What a Beautiful Find! The loveliest employees that included Josh, our outstanding Barista, and sweet Olivia that placed our orders with perfection! Our Iced Caramel Macchiato Beverages were among the best we've ever had. The Cheese Danish we split was delicious! Warm, lively conversation abound with the staff and including one regular customer as well. Can't wait to return and meet Kaitlin, Josh's wife, that we understand works there as well! Big Thank you to all of you for topping off our day in such a special way! See you soon!🎉“

“When we travel to Charleston from WV we always visit WildFlour Pastry for a Hot chai and raspberry scone. 😋 This week was my daughters 21st Birthday so of course we went to WildFlour and purchased a Red Velvet Cake to celebrate. “Stopped into Vintage Coffee Cafe during a road trip and it was the perfect little find. The weather was beautiful so we grabbed a table outside and it could not have been a better setting for a relaxed breakfast. Service was good, the coffee was great and the bacon was perfectly crispy. The fruit bowl was generous and fresh. Such a charming spot and a great stop if you are passing through Mount Pleasant. Would absolutely pop in again next time we are in the area.“

I grew up in san diego and to me, it feels like a place I would go to in SD, so it's nice to have a place that feels like a piece of home.
