“What a great spot. We sat at the raw bar and had a fully curated experience led by Nick. He shucked his way through the various oyster options while giving us a description of all the varieties. Not only did he shock close to 300 oysters while we sat there but multitasked a thorough description of the options while we sipped on some of the best cocktails in town. The Bad John is something all patrons need to try. To chat with a Nova Scotian local who can talk up the best oysters in the Carolina’s was such a fresh surprise.11/10. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.“

“We adored this place! We accidentally found the downtown Charleston location during our stay there at a close AirBNB! We visited 3 times in our 2.5 days there. Then, we passed by the John’s Island location on our way to Kiawah and decided to make the 25 min drive the next morning for our coffee and pop tart fix! Great coffee, service, pastries, toasts and local drink and food finds!“

“WildFlour is a cute, small bakery. It has a little bit of seating. Pastries look good and fresh.
We can only report on the one thing we had - the mini coconut cream pie. They clearly used good ingredients, and the pie was very light and tasty. The cream was really nice and fluffy and not too sweet. The custard was also good, but there was not enough. The crust was good and had a bit of salt, which was a nice contrast to the sweetness of the rest of it. The only improvement we could offer is to balance the custard and cream better. The cream really overwhelmed the custard and, as a result, the coconut flavor wasn't there as much as one wants when ordering coconut cream pie.“

“You order at the counter here which we didn’t realize. The girl working the counter was not super friendly. The food was actually very good - both of us got the retro plate with berry jam for the biscuit. It was phenomenal. Sadly both of our eggs were overcooked but other than that it was really good“

“Went to get coffee this morning and got the blueberry cobbler iced coffee as a oatmilk latte and it was amazing. I also got a ham egg and cheese croissant which was equally, if not more delicious! My only complaint is that I spent $10 on a sandwich that had the smallest piece of ham on it:( but besides that the service was really good, the girls were super sweet and were fast getting the drinks out! Just business meetings and loud talking . This place is so unique and wonderful. It would be sooooo much better to embrace the wonderful food and the atmosphere if maybe people didn’t have full blown meetings and take up the areas for locals to enjoy the amazing food and what the place has to offer. “So here’s the truth about everyone’s favorite coffee shop owner she runs around her employees acting like a teenager spreading rumors, bullying, and making fun of people 25 years younger than her. She spreads rumors about people getting pimped out with other employees on the phone, tells her employees they will never make it in the career they have been working towards their whole lives, screaming at young mother over the phone while she’s taking care of her children calling her broke and desperate. Let her employees steal tips from a girl who quit. Also letting a girl work who texted her a positive Covid test . She also had told three employees not test when they were in direct contact with Covid so that she didn’t have to close the shop. Consistently disregards individuals pronouns and makes it very obvious it’s out of pure ignorance. We have contacted cooperate and they didn’t mind or atleast meet with her and try and get her some management training and she thinks it’s all a joke. Hopefully this opens up someone’s eyes and sees who she really is.“

Che, one of the baristas (I think that's the right term...lol) is a jack of all trades, she is very well equipped to make everything on the menu and almost any other thing you ask. She is pleasant and willing to make customers exactly what they want. PJs is definitely on top of my list!“

“Had really good jot latte and a wonderful brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and the prices were very affordable for Starbucks and well prepared. They had muffins yogurt parfaits and fruit and at hotel prices yet coffee was well priced. Great for quick morning g coffee especially since I didn’t have a car and then Starbucks was half hour walk. Enjoyed having it right on the lobby
