“I’m visiting from Oklahoma and stopped one morning for coffee. I’ve been back two more times and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The cinnamon rolls are the best ever. The cinnamon tastes like the yummy old fashioned cinnamon I had as a kid! Ham and cheese pretzel is awesome! Coffee is stellar and service is amazing! Please come to Oklahoma and open one in Edmond!“

“Dunkin was out of croissants. So, I compromised and got the sourdough bread. I was already down the road from the restaurant. Whenever I realized that they made my sandwich wrong. I didn't get my sausage, I got bacon instead. It was good but not what I wanted. The same location has gotten my sandwich incorrect about 5 times now. I love the crew that works there. They have great attitudes.“

Their iced coffee is consistently good, and I love having so many options to customize my drink exactly how I like it. The mobile app makes the whole process super convenient since I can order ahead and just grab it at the counter without any stress. Sometimes the drive-thru line gets a little long, but the staff are usually working hard to keep things moving. It is my go-to spot for a reliable, tasty caffeine fix.“

“I have been to a total of 3 Dunkin’s in SC - the first two made me never want to spend another dime at Dunkin’. I decided to try one more time - this location had the friendliest staff. Marie greeted and took my order. Unlike the other two Dunkin’s that ignored me and everyone who entered. Dunkin’ you have a great employee in Marie !!! Marie, thanks for the great customer service.“

“Well I just was there today and the “cook” screwed up my order and had to go around 3 times to get what I ordered. They have 3 employees that I say are great the rest are just the rest. Even when these 3 are there the rest just make life hard on them. The manager or owner should be doing something to change this.“

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for about a year, and honestly, I used to leave feeling disappointed. The employees were rarely friendly, there were hardly ever any smiles, service often felt rushed, and my order would sometimes be incorrect. I found myself going out of my way to visit other Dunkin’ locations instead.

But WOW—what a difference now! Maybe a month or two ago -Most of the staff has changed, and the customer service has improved tremendously. Everyone is so much friendlier, more welcoming, and attentive. I now leave the drive-thru feeling happy instead of frustrated.

Matt and all the other employees really make my day. They are a great example of what good customer service should be. Thank you for making this Dunkin’ a place I actually look forward to visiting! ~Venus“
