“Just bought a nice insulated mug there for $16. I’m there pretty much every day so that $16 I save a dollar on my refills therefore within a couple weeks that pays for itself lol that’s a no-brainer. Take advantage of the opportunity and buy a cup. You will love it , and it pays for itself within a month for sure. Sourdough sandwiches amazing. Sorry I haven’t updated those in a while. I get them five stars they really stepped up the game. A few people may need to adjust their attitude a little bit better but 90% of everybody’s awesome. I even bought a cup I love and I save a dollar per refill.“
“LESLIE. My name twin! She is my morning hero. I placed a door dash order, I wasn’t able to add certain items to my coffee on the app, so I called and she gladly added it for me. A few moments after getting off the phone, she calls back and let me know something else from my order is missing and if I would like a replacement. I have never had such great customer service experience through a door dash order. Leslie was so sweet and helpful. Thank you so much!“
“Interesting experience this morning. Went inside to order some donuts (has been a minute since I’ve been to this Dunkin’). Stood around waiting for one of the 4 folks working there to talk to me - one eventually did, letting me know to put in my order at the kiosk.I guess this is the way things are going now. Interact with devices, not people ?. After placing the order it took a little while to get the donuts, but not too bad. Meanwhile I redownloaded the Dunkin’ app (last time I tried to use it there were no nearby stores that would take an order from it). It seems like using the app and ordering ahead of time is the way to go these days.TLDR - IMO it’s not as bad as all the other recent reviews state.“
“My roommates and I got our nails done around the corner and when we were walking by, we decided to head in… Although they closed 15 minutes prior to us coming in, they were more than happy to serve us! They gave us a free box of donuts to try each flavor… I will definitely be back! everyone was so nice and welcoming. We are so excited to try it again!!! Everything was amazing and fresh ?“
“Drove from Bluffton to try the donuts and when we arrived around 2pm basically everything was sold out . While I understand that you bake fresh - I wouldn’t have expected to have seen you sold out by 2pm with 2 hours of business still to go . Hopefully we will be able to try out your “amazing” baked goods in the future but unless we knew we could get there early we wouldn’t make the trip again .“
“I have been following this wonderful donut shop for a long time and finally got the chance to do a pickup order today. I am so sad that they are closing their doors next week. The heart of this operation was Allison who unfortunately is no longer here with us. This donut shop was her passion and soul. I am grateful for the opportunity to get to try what she was so passionate about and see all the support from the Charleston community support this business in their final days. “This place is great! It's colorful and whimsical outside and inside! They have a room upstairs available for parties.The donuts are made to order so nice and warm when you eat them. There's several to choose from and can create your own! They also participate in food delivery service. Check them out!“
