Coffee is great but service is slow...sometimes so slow I end up leaving the line without getting my coffee. I assume they are short staffed all the time because the staff does really try. Management should look into this.
I came today and there is terrible service. I asked for TWO donuts and it took 10 minutes. My family who ordered before me also had to get their orders redone multiple times. The food was not fresh whatsoever and was chewy
I would rather go to Petco And eat dog food than ever throw away my hard earned money with this Dunkin donut in tanger outlet ever again!! Hash browns were burnt and extremely old not to mention my egg on my croissant was undercooked along with the sausage. My husband paid for extra bacon on his croissant and received none.
