Nice staff, tasty coffee and cute indoor chill vibe!
Kenzie did an amazing job. They were very helpful with advice/opinions I was asking for. They even walked over to our table and was very personable. Before we ordered, they helped a customer from the UK feel welcomed and assisted when her app wasn't working. There was a mistake and an extra pastry was warmed, so they walked out to the lobby area and offered it to a little girl. I often go to that Starbucks since I work in the outlets. I use my Starbucks mobile app to place my orders. On April 25th I ordered a Coffee Frappe with Caramel, vanilla syrup and whipped cream. My choice of milk was oatmilk that day. I am lactose intolerant it’s important that my milk of choice is correct. The staff is friendly, patient, and keeps things moving quickly with a steady flow of customers. The service is always quick and courteous, feeling personal and not rushed or mechanical. The team knows what they are doing and stays upbeat. Employees are sweet, try their hardest, and show a hard work ethic and consistent awesomeness. Their customer service is far beyond outstanding, with staff described as bubbly and smiling. Specific interactions, like a message to have a great day written on a cup, have made a significant positive impact on customers. Drinks are made just the way they are ordered. The seating area is clean and the whole space is well-kept. The restrooms are also clean. It is the perfect spot to pause, recharge, and enjoy a few quiet minutes with a coffee.
