Nelson was so kind and helpful. My body doesn't react well to coffee so I was hoping to grab an iced energy, unaware that they don't make them anymore. He was so patient with me and was able to offer a plethora of other options. This was a much needed kindness on a rather difficult morning, and I cannot express my gratitude enough.
