This is what I wrote after my experience at start bucks yesterday.
Disappointed...
How come every time at Starbucks even though i take the time to park and come in and order at the counter, because the drive thru is busy, they still Wait on the drive thru people and It takes 15 minutes to get a coffee at the counter. It's not right.
