“Great experience! I can’t have dairy so was going to pass and let my family enjoy. But I was told the base is not dairy and I just needed to choose non dairy flavour and toppings. The one I chose turned out to be dairy so they called me up to verify before making. Really appreciated that. Then I told her to choose for me as long as it was non dairy. I was pleasantly surprised to see I still got a chocolate option with brownies for my topping. Tasted great; not like a knock off at all! Was creamy and delicious. “I find it unfair for the workers here, in this heat the AC isn't doing it job to cool down the building and they are sweating back there. The floors are hard back there behind the cashier's desk and will cause major fatigue on their feet and lower backs. I'm visiting from ga to see family and these ladies I saw keep up with the great service but the conditions are not good for them. I'm sure the district managers can do much better job to help store and supervisors here at this store. Sheesh. But I received phenomenal service and was greeted with smiles. But I see otherwise when I was eating I can see the fatigue.“
