“Great experience! I can’t have dairy so was going to pass and let my family enjoy. But I was told the base is not dairy and I just needed to choose non dairy flavour and toppings. The one I chose turned out to be dairy so they called me up to verify before making. Really appreciated that. Then I told her to choose for me as long as it was non dairy. I was pleasantly surprised to see I still got a chocolate option with brownies for my topping. Tasted great; not like a knock off at all! Was creamy and delicious. “I have a two-part review. First, the food: butter burgers are a mandatory food item for me every time I visit Charleston, and the Culver’s at North Charleston is my go-to. No matter what type of butter burger I get, it is always spot on. Definitely a treat! If you haven’t tried it yet, you have to!

But the service is just as important as the food, and I want to highlight the great customer service that Vickie, the general manager, gave me. She went the extra mile helping me find my misplaced cell phone, even going so far as to review security footage for me. She did this during a busy lunch crowd and while juggling an AC outage and a loss of CO2 for soft drinks. It would have been very easy for her to shrug her shoulders and say it wasn’t her problem, but she instead went the extra mile to help me, when she had every reason not to. The good food brought me to this Culver’s, but Vickie’s leadership and compassion has guaranteed me as a customer forever.“
