“Went there yesterday with six friends. Although it was extremely busy, they found a seat for us in the back. We didn’t care where we sat and were thankful that they got us in rather quickly!
It’s a cute little place with some dynamite drink options and really yummy snacks! Simple but delicious and I can’t wait to go back and have that guacamole and the tacos again! My friend said the smash burger was one of the best he’s had. Great server was helpful with choosing a drink and the kitchen guys were slammed but still had a smile on their faces as we passed by to thank them on the way out.

Smoked wings were amazing and the Cuban was the best I've ever had. Great selection of beers. Service was top notch and a big thank you to our waitress Nico. “Food I great. The girl that wrang me up at 9:15:35pm on 8/17/26 was not polite at all. Tell her to ask how the customers day is going when they smile and ask how her day is going. When I learned restaurant skills the first thing I learned was to put my emotions to the side regardless of the day I was having. If I couldn’t be polite enough to ask the how customers day is going back after they ask me. Or at the very least say “good thank you” instead of “good what are you getting”. She had a death stare going on.“

“I have a two-part review. First, the food: butter burgers are a mandatory food item for me every time I visit Charleston, and the Culver’s at North Charleston is my go-to. No matter what type of butter burger I get, it is always spot on. Definitely a treat! If you haven’t tried it yet, you have to!

But the service is just as important as the food, and I want to highlight the great customer service that Vickie, the general manager, gave me. She went the extra mile helping me find my misplaced cell phone, even going so far as to review security footage for me. She did this during a busy lunch crowd and while juggling an AC outage and a loss of CO2 for soft drinks. It would have been very easy for her to shrug her shoulders and say it wasn’t her problem, but she instead went the extra mile to help me, when she had every reason not to. The good food brought me to this Culver’s, but Vickie’s leadership and compassion has guaranteed me as a customer forever.“

“This is a great place to eat. We were a little skeptical because of past experiences with Hotel Restaurants (being over priced, with small portions) this is NOT the case. Very reasonably priced and just the right amount on servings. Waitress was so friendly !!! The food was absolutely delicious!! Worth the stop !! Ohh and the Fried Green Tomatoes on point !!!!“

“Shaneice is by far the reason for this 5 star review. Her commitment to her work is apparent and obvious right away. Shaneice is a soft spoken server at this location with a passion for her work. Her passion is on full display and carried over to the presentation of the food she served. She made myself and my family feel welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend this young lady and she’ll make the experience that much better. Anyone who works or has children will detect the intangible difference she makes. “Stopped by sonics on the way home from work around 11 pm and it was very convenient like always. Soon as I order the food and pulled around to the drive thru window, they were right there to take my payment right after we got done paying, the food was done being prepared and bagged up being handed to me. I'll definitely eat their again, everything I go seems like they get a little better with the customer service 5 out of 5 stars“

“This restaurant had great food that came out quickly. We ordered two meals and a burger. The drinks took over 20 minutes to come out. We look over the counter, and there are two employees working the two windows, while one lady had to switch back and forth between front counter and drive thru. As I'm sitting here writing this review, 5 separate people are waiting for their order to be taken. Management needs to rethink their labor policy because there are not enough people for this DINNERTIME rush. These poor employees are being pushed back and forth from their posts.“
