“Starting with the service. It was great. They went way out the box to make our evening fantastic. Then there was the food. They said it was hamburger week so most of my family got the bacon cheese burger that was only $7.99 with fries. They loved it. I got the rib tips which were finger licking good“

“Interesting to see the bad reviews, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here and frequent the restaurant mainly out of convenience. Food is always hot and not dried out , fries are pretty consistently good and hot which, sadly, stands out amongst fast food these days.
Keep it up !“

“Unfortunately, due to the amount of time it was taking to get my food delivered, I had to leave with no food despite paying for it. I was originally told to park and it’d be 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I went inside to get an update, no update and I had to leave to be to work on time.
Edit: Manager called me and offered to replace. Thank you“

“Update. Below is what I said previously..since then, there seems to have been improvements. Thank you LEAH and HALEY for changing how I view Freddys. You ladies were so nice and pleasant and it makes me want to come back. The service was FINALLY good and the food was too.

“My mom and I visited here today for the first time. It was nice enough to sit outside. Our food was delicious and our server, Emma was amazing!! It’s nice to see this young lady take pride in her work, have a wonderful attitude, and care about her customers! She made our visit enjoyable and we will definitely come back.“

“It was very busy inside and outside. We ordered via the app. online for curbside pickup. We waited about 30 minutes. My husband went inside and our order was on the counter by the door dash area. I had gone in prior and was told they would bring it out. It was extremely hot outside, 97*.“
