Not only did he offer alternative menu options to expedite my meal, but he also went above and beyond by ensuring I was comfortable during the brief wait. Despite my reassurance that there was no rush on my end, he generously provided pastries to enjoy while patiently waiting for my dish to be ready. It's rare to encounter such transparency and genuine concern for customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. The Junction Kitchen exemplifies what true hospitality means, setting a standard that many others could learn from. As for the meal itself, it surpassed expectations. “Good food at a reasonable price. Waitress staff was excellent. Hannah was our waitress and was totally.on the ball. The Hostess staff could use some training. They were telling people 30 minute wait when they’re were 3 tables available and customers walked out. Rather than helping clear some other tables and counter seating, they chose to stand at the hostess stand doing nothing. Everything else about this place was great and we’ll definitely go back.“

“I didn’t even eat here. Let me start from the beginning of my evening. My girlfriend and I attempted to go to three different restaurants and all of them had an hour and a half wait after finally finding a place, We had our dinner. Dinner was finished around 7:30 and as soon as I finished it, I had to poop. I held that poop until we finished our ghost tour 3 1/2 hours later, I tried to go to multiple different places all of which the restroom was absolutely disgusting. I tried to go to a Circle K, which was closed. And finally Old Faithful. I stopped at the Waffle House. The beautiful yellow sign shimmered in the distance, like a medic in the heat of battle. The bathroom was absolutely pristine. The cold water was like a glacial spring, and the hot water was hotter than I’ve ever experienced. The soap was full and it smelled good too. The toilet was just freshly cleaned. I’ve never experienced a more inviting toilet in the moment and I don’t know if it was from desperation or just pure beauty. I didn’t even eat here and I was treated better than I was the entire evening by the town of Charleston. This waffle House made my crappy/un crappy day (no pun intended) a little bit better. I wish there was a special option for six stars for my circumstance. From 16 and hung over to 27 and needing to poop Waffle House has never let a homie down….“

“Shaneice is by far the reason for this 5 star review. Her commitment to her work is apparent and obvious right away. Shaneice is a soft spoken server at this location with a passion for her work. Her passion is on full display and carried over to the presentation of the food she served. She made myself and my family feel welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend this young lady and she’ll make the experience that much better. Anyone who works or has children will detect the intangible difference she makes. Wonderful woman and a great experience ! US NAVY!!!“

“I stopped by Waffle House, and Dee made the whole experience enjoyable with his friendly attitude, quick service, and genuine care to make sure everything was right. It’s rare to come across someone who works that hard and treats every customer with respect, and I truly believe that young gentleman deserves a raise for the outstanding service he provides.“

“This Waffle House is amazing. I’ve been here about 10 times while living in Park Circle. Not only do they take ultra late online orders, but the quality and freshness is top-tier even at the late hours. It’s been a guaranteed win for me anytime I have worked long hours and other places are closing up. Six stars if possible. 😎👍“
