In line in front of me, it took all of my strength not to speak up before I got my order. But the man in line in front of me should not have made these two hardworking employees stress out any more than they already were being short staffed and still trying to get his order, correct and in a timely and pleasant manner. I work in customer service. I have for 10 plus years. These two staff members handled this situation.A million times better than I ever would have.So I made sure before I left to comment.And let them know how good of a job they did and how to not let other people's bad days affect theirs. “It was a good experience with my wife and the grandkids getting quick food plus ice cream. Tables were dirty though. Tried to clean our table with someone's left behind napkins and hand sanitizer. If they aren't going to clean the tables then furnish cleaning clothe and soap.“

Our most recent order we placed for New Years Day 2026 was made by Karen and all I can say is my family was blown away! Today is 1/3/26 and the cake is gone. Karen went above and beyond I described exactly how I wanted my cake, the toppings and the flavor profile I was going for and she delivered.
