“I hosted a shower here. The staff was wonderful, the food was excellent. I could not have asked for a better event.“

“I came in this afternoon at 1:50 PM. There were 2 employees that were working very hard to help a customer who was very rude to them. In line in front of me, it took all of my strength not to speak up before I got my order. But the man in line in front of me should not have made these two hardworking employees stress out any more than they already were being short staffed and still trying to get his order, correct and in a timely and pleasant manner. I work in customer service. I have for 10 plus years. These two staff members handled this situation.A million times better than I ever would have.So I made sure before I left to comment. And let them know how good of a job they did and how to not let other people's bad days affect theirs. Also my cookies were delicious thank you!“

“With all the inflation and price gouging lately it's nice to be able to go to treat your kids without busting your wallet. The minis for $1 are perfect size for smaller kids. Always fresh and different flavors makes it a spot for us to bring our two kids whenever we are nearby.“

“This location is always a win, every single visit! The employees are respectful and knowledgeable. The service is always great. The ice cream treats are always on point. Stop by and get yourself some DQ! 😋“

“The Sweet Frog Staff was very friendly and professional, and the shop was very clean.

My daughter and I love stopping for Froyo, and Sweet Frog is our favorite spot in Summerville SC.

I enjoyed a swirl of Pineapple Whip, and Coconut Flavored froyo, topped with shredded coconut, graham cracker and marshmallows- it was wonderful for a summer day!“

“It was a good experience with my wife and the grandkids getting quick food plus ice cream. Tables were dirty though. Tried to clean our table with someone's left behind napkins and hand sanitizer. If they aren't going to clean the tables then furnish cleaning clothe and soap.“

“The staff is fast & super nice! Highly recommended. Get the Butterburger 🤤“

“My boyfriend and I went into this location tonight with a very specific request… an ice cream that would reveal the gender or our first child together 🥰 the 3 young girls working tonight were amazing and made it happen!! A scoop of strawberry ice cream covered by a scoop of vanilla with rainbow sprinkles. Simple, perfect, and exactly what we were hoping for. They were so happy to celebrate with us. And the ice cream was delicious. Thank you again for helping us make our night!! 🩷💙“

“I miss this place in Columbia SC, so when I travel to the Charleston & surrounding areas, I make sure that I stop here. Their salads and sausage dog basket is very delicious! Of course, don't forget the ice cream! Yummy 😋!“

“all is good, service excellent“

“First time trying them out, but definitely will not be the last. You get your moneys worth and more here!! If you leave hungry it’s your own fault. The chili hamburger was messy but oh so good! The fries were the crispiest crinkle cut fries I’ve ever had. (I normally don’t like crinkle cut fries as they are never crisp enough for me. ) I give them a five star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
