I came and tried to get a free pretzel for my birthday at this location twice. The first time the cashier reacted as if we were asking if they would make us a steak when we asked for an almond pretzel and regular nuggets. She was very put off (sighing and rolling eyes) said they had neither. She was probably overwhelmed but she seemed so annoyed and rude and I was uncomfortable so I stepped us out of line and gave up. Probably one of the best Auntie Anne’s we’ve been to in terms of friendliness and awesome customer service. The taste of the food is a given… it’s good but, some other locations we’ve been to seem like your inconveniencing them by buying their food. Not this though.

Women behind the counter overheard I was talking about the almond pretzels, which you never find anymore. She asked me how many I’d want and I said just one. Came back in about 20 minutes and she had two hot and crispy almond pretzels waiting for me! Super sweet, quick service.
