If there’s minor score, I’d give it-10000. It’s gotta be a joke that on a Monday noon at 12pm while I was waiting for my car fixed, I walked there trying to order and being told it’s drive thru only and it clearly has a dining place. Idk since when ppl can’t get McDonald if they don’t have a car.

I want to commend one member the drive-thru. I didn’t catch his name but he was patient with me when I had a question about the food he handed to me. The fry box has changed from what I am used to seeing and I misunderstood it to not be the large size I ordered. With patience and friendliness, he told me it was a large size. This is unusual for McDonald’s employees to be patient and kind when I have a question. Good to see that SOMEONE has a good attitude. Thank you!

Charged for something not in my bag. Messaged Mcdonald's to let them know how they "are doing" was reached out to by a David Taylor who told me to go in and get a refund. Went in and they said that only managers had the capacity to refund and to go back the next day. No one was available the next day and I messaged David Taylor, he let me know he'd be in the next day at 6am. I told him that I wasn't going to go out of my way for a 4 dollar refund at the Crack of dawn. I responded that their lack of attention was the initial problem but running me through a ringer and then not responding for over a month shows how little care they have for their business.

This place just keeps getting worse! I placed a mobile order at 915pm. Went to pick it up. I pulled up to drive thru and was greeted with a "WE CLOSED". I told her I had placed a mobile order what can be done. Again,"We Closed".I get they were closed. I asked about a refund. Was told manager would have to cancel order the next day. NEXT DAY and it would be refunded. 6 days later still no refund. I also lost the points even though the ap stated they'd be returned. Oh, reason they were closed... ALMOST COMPLETELY OUT OF FOOD!Even when you DO get your food, they are exceptionally rude, don't greet you, don't thank you and shut the door on you before you can ask for ketchup. Salt etc. The manager is definitely leading by example... he is just as rude.I've started going to the one on Magwood. They are polar opposites!Corporate or the owners really need to do something about the Savannah Hwy store.

10:45pm and you wait 5min at the speaker. Pull up to the window and see 5 employees and one motions they’re closed. Don’t trust the hours of operation.

We just wanted a quick bite after running errands and when we pulled to the 2nd window to get our food, an employee who was eating coughed into her hand and proceeded to work without washing her hands. The employees were in there yelling and cussing, but we didn't want the food anymore based on the coughing. My husband asked for our money back and told them why, and the woman who coughed said she didn't touch our food. Doesn't matter... you wash your hands! And if you know anything about food safety, you cough into your sleeve NOT your hands. She was handling other product at the same time and then called my husband a liar for no reason. Super unprofessional and gross. She was a slightly older and should know better. They should all know better. The screaming and cussing in the background made it worse than it already was. I know hiring it difficult but come on.

Order was incorrect and when I asked to have the correct burger I was told I’d have to get back in line at the drive thru & order again. Then the girl at the window was rude & also called me Karen. Once we got home we saw that the rest of the order was wrong too. Service is always sub par here. Go to another McDs.
