“I am from NH, so coffee here isn't anything compared to the coffee in The north but the service was amazing answered all my silly questions, I get a complicated order so it's usually never right, I got 5 butter pecan and I feel like there is NEVER any butter pecan in my coffee? It's the strangest thing to order 5 pumps and never ever taste it? But it's understandable, they do a great job and fast too !“
“Just about everything you need here! Drinks, snacks, oil, fuel, .... perfect location off the interstate. Clean restrooms and clean parking lot. Wish they would keep paper in the machines outside for receipts. Other than that perfect 4 star place. MASKS ARE REQUIRED...“

“This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to go to especially since it’s right in my neighborhood! But the staff here is so amazing I have never had a bad experience with anyone there. They always make my drink exactly how I like it and if the cold foam isn’t on there they are so quick to add it and so overwhelming nice! I spoke to the manager and he is absolutely wonderful too he’s alway happy and super nice! I will continue to keep coming here as they just make my day so much better with how sweet they are!“
“This morning, I visited my local Dunkin’ Donuts location (2519 N Main St Suite A, Summerville, SC). My intent was simple, to purchase two toasted coconut donuts, a definite longtime favorite of mine. However, I was promptly informed at the drive-thru that the toasted coconut donut has been discontinued.
I left without making a purchase.
What puzzles me most is what possible justification is there for this action? On numerous prior visits, often before 9:00 a.m., I was told that this specific donut had already “sold out for the day”. That suggests strong, consistent demand. If that is the case, it raises a logical question: Why would a popular and fast-selling product be removed from the menu?
Discontinuing a high-demand item runs counter to basic principles of providing customer satisfaction. This decision diminishes customer loyalty, especially when many patrons, like me, come specifically for that item.
I respectfully urge Dunkin’ corporate to reconsider its decision. Until that time I will be driving the extra three miles to visit Krispy Kreme doughnuts as they continue to sell their coconut doughnuts.“
“My child, friend and myself were dining in today when this nasty delivery driver was inside of the restaurant harassing the workers. We were confused as all of the workers were so polite and took our orders in a timely manner. (There were about 5 of us in line) The delivery driver walked in, sat at a table and never spoke to anyone (as far as we had seen) about picking up an order. She proceeded to go up to the counter raising her voice at a young man about a delivery she didn’t receive and the young man was polite and said he would bag it for her now. The driver continued to carry on about how they’re horrible and she always has this issue with this location to which another employee was addressing the issue with her and she was very polite saying how people steal and stuff so they bag everything when the driver shows up or whatever. Well this driver grabbed their stand and started shaking it raising her voice again asking if it was just for decoration or what! We were appalled. We’ve come to this location many times in the mornings before 1/2pm and the usual workers are so sweet to us every time. We’ve never had any issues. Some of these rude customers that are entitled are the issue. They work hard here and are still polite when they are slammed like they were today. I’ve always had the best tasting coffee here and they never mess up my latte or my food. Compared to the other Dunkin’s in the area, this one is superior in taste and customer service. I just hope we never run into that food delivery driver again! My poor kiddo was actually getting upset as she got more irritated, the workers handled it better than most people would have. We will continue to be repeat customers as we haven’t been disappointed yet! Keep up the great work guys! 💕“
“I rolled in here at 759 one night. I've been told by other Dunkins that they're not taking orders when I am there close to closing. This store took my order, so thanks for that.
I just with they had a few late night Dunkins around here for the night shift workers.“
