Dunkin' Donuts in Savannah

“Amazing spot if you come in the mornings. I don’t know what is going on with the second shift crew 😅🙏 every time I’ve come here between 5:00-8:00am, they’ve been spot on and quick, I’ve felt important - Cin is a great guy on the window, but today in the evening I pulled up as the only one in the drive thru and sat at the menu in silence for an awkward amount of time, until I said hello and got a reply. Nobody came to the window when I pulled up until a solid 8-10 minutes passed.“

“I'm usually there at 5:01am five days a week. Lol. I KNOW its annoying to see me there every morning but the employees are ALWAYS so nice and polite. So much so that I feel like i have to apologize for being there so early.
I cant say enough about the girls and that one gentleman that I see every morning. I really hope Dunkin knows how valuable these particular employees are to their business.

The food is fine but seeing smiling faces every morning really is the genius of keeping me returning.

“This store rocks.

I accidentally submitted my order to a Dunkin’ in another city, and called that store to let them know not to make it. They assured me customer service at Dunkin’ would help process the refund or help get the order moved.

Dunkin’ Customer Service is non existent. I tried calling several numbers, tried the website, looked for recourse in the app - nada.

Upon arriving at this location and explaining a little bit of the situation, the manager Brittany was understanding; and before I even finished the details, she had my order started. Additionally, the store was clean and efficient, and the team was already hustling, making the speed with which they handled our order all the more impressive.

What started as a grey cloud over my morning was turned into rainbows and sunshine because of Brittany and her fabulous team.

Dunkin', Brittany and her team deserve a hot tub in the break room you build for them. Maybe a fancy dinner? Maybe just a bonus for doing customer service’s job. Hook ‘em up.“

“Double strawberry dragon fruit refresher with oat milk. So good I aint even gonna post a Pic! It's my favorite drink there. Service is spectacular. I was heading to a funeral and just needed my sunshine only i was running late and the sweet girl found room to squeeze me in. Ty for that. I was already so stressed. You made my day better. 🩷“

“I visited this location for breakfast via the drive up. The line was long but moving fairly well. I love the Pumpkin spice drinks. Their Pumpkin spice iced coffee was awesome as was the Pumpkin spice doughnut. My meal was a bit pricey but it was deliciously fresh and flavorful. I was greeted with eye contact and a smile. Keep up the good work guys.“
