This place always takes a long time to get your order out but the staff is usually really nice. I have never had the same server so i think the turn over is the reason for the slow pace. 4/5 times my order is perfect though and my drink is great. Love that they have turkey sausage!
I used to come here often to get iced coffee and lattes and never had many issues but as of lately, I’ve been greeted with horrible hospitality and my drinks have been made incorrectly. Specifically the issue seems to be a young woman that works there with red hair. She made a drink hot when I politely asked (she rung me up) for it to be iced.
