I stopped in on my way home from work on Monday, 3/25/2024@ 7:12 pm. I ordered a 12 piece family meal with 8 drumsticks original and 4 breasts extra crispy. I had to wait 10 minutes for the drumsticks which I didn't feel was too bad since I needed 8. When I got home (11 miles away), my husband got his drumsticks and I grabbed what was supposed to be a breast. Turns out it was a thigh. I don't like dark meat, that is why I ordered breasts. The place looks like it's closing. Very dark inside, like the lights were off .They didn't have enough staff. The ladies were doing all they could do. Unfortunately not enough staff = low quality products. Won't be going back.
