Dunkin' Donuts in Columbia

“I loved Dunkin Donuts ever since I was a kid, alot of the stores have disapointly have changed. But this Dunkin Donuts was a pleasant surprise of giving the old comfort feeling of your youth, Donuts are fresh the coffee is so tasty and most of all the employees are very nice and helpful. I LOVE this store.“

“Jodi went above and beyond to make sure I could get my boo bucket. They were out by the time I made it in, but took my information down I can come tomorrow and pick it up. When I was eating my other food with my family I decided I wanted a spider donut so I go to pay and Jodi tells me don’t worry about it because of the boo bucket issue. Please be kind to your food service workers. They’re very busy and doing their best.“

“We were traveling from Fort Lauderdale Fl, to Tennessee for A long weekend, We always look for a Dunkin for coffee and a quick breakfast. By accidents i left my shoulder bag in the store and didn't think about it again tell our trip was over and on our way out of Tennessee i was like OMG MY BAG. in a panic i called and left a message and stopped there on my way back to Florida and was told by an employee that there wasn't a bag but the wonderful general manager had it locked in the office. so long story I'm home back in fort Lauderdale and realized m ear buds were also in my bag and my ear buds were telling me they were in Tennessee i call again in a last ditch effort and left a message the General Manager Yalonda, Forest Dr, Dunkin called me Back and told me yes she locked it up and she would mail it to me That day she went to UPS and overnighted it to me. I cant say enough about Youlanda what a wonderful human being she defiantly a star in my book. we need more Youlanda's in this world . Brandon J.“

“Have been going to this location since moving here a year ago. Staff is always friendly and the Manager is a workhorse, I swear she there 10 days of the week. Every-time I am in, they remember my loud self and make it a point to make you feel at home. 10 Stars if I could.“

“Dunkin you really impressed this morning. I ordered the Chicken Roasted pepper wrap, and the Turkey Sausage and cheese. Both of them were delicious, but the roasted pepper wrap I really enjoyed. The service at the drive thru was good.

Parking: Not a lot of parking options with this location. Very small parking lot.“

“I rated it this way because someone named Mia save the day made my coffee, good and my breakfast because I don’t usually order it myself. My wife normally orders it for me but me did very well. I appreciate that very professional very focused on any customer that’s in front of her. Thanks, Mia.“

“Dunkin’ Donuts always delivers! The coffee is fresh, the service is fast, and the people are consistently sweet and welcoming. What really sets this location apart is the manager on Fridays, she is the best! She treats us like family and always goes out of her way to make sure we’re taken care of. It’s the kind of place where you feel valued and appreciated every time you walk in. Highly recommend!“

“I come here often, and the baristas are awesome! I stopped by today around 11:30 & the girl taking my order complimented me and was so sweet, as always. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names, but I also recognized another barista who had been so kind previously when I placed an online order without realizing they were about to close. I felt terrible, but she was so understanding and still made my entire order, even though she was alone and in the middle of closing. 🩷“
