Dunkin' Donuts in Augusta

“Took my toddler to Dunkin. The staff was exceptional in service. They really made my toddler enjoy the experience of choosing a donut. The service offered at Dunkin is highly professional and ensures customers satisfaction. Definitely deserves 5+ stars.“

“This was the day after Thanksgiving and some places were closed. It was 1:30 in the afternoon and we had a craving for donuts. this late in the afternoon and they still had a good selection. We bought a dozen donuts and we sat down and ate three each. That was our lunch. There wasn’t a lot going on so I can’t say there was much atmosphere. However, it was entertaining to watch the staff all on their cell phones, making comments about things that we had no idea. Donuts were good. We had a good time. We left very happy. I will go here for donuts again.

Parking: Parking can be a little crowded. Dunkin’ Donuts is set up for drive-through.“

“This was the absolute best Dunkin I have ever been to …. from the service to the food! Everyone was welcoming and greeted me, my coffee was made perfectly without needing anything extra like it usually does at other places and my bagel was piping hot and toasted just like I like it. I didn’t sit down and eat but it also had nice welcoming seating like a non chain coffee shop. I will travel here from North Augusta just to get Dunkin from now on!“

“The team present this Thursday Jan 22 was great! Very fast and the girl at the window was very nice and friendly and reminded me to use my app for points which I usually forget to do! They also made my hashbrowns and snacking bacon to perfection! The establishment also looked great! So proud to see what this place has become.“
