“I have not had a pleasant visit from previous admittance to the ER. The last time I was there I had pneumonia and he was concerned I was coming back for SOB 3 months later and have bronchitis. Dr Hopkins in the ER was exceptionally understanding, and was very thorough, only more because I was in there just prior for the same symptoms, he referred me to a Pulmonologist. He made my visit there less stressful and I appreciate how kind and professional he was. I truly feel he should be recognized for her mannerisms and professionalism.“

“Nothing but great employees at this location! As frequent guest in the morning rush, these folks are working through one of the busiest times of the day. They deserve some grace from anyone who thinks her restroom privileges for her children trumps an employee who probably got their first restroom break of the day!

All of these employees have always been nothing but pleasant, all enjoying their jobs, and doing it with a smile on their faces. Whomever owns this location needs to give their employess a bonus for dealing with the crap from customers who think they're superior to someone who is doing a fast food type job. It isn't easy, especially when dealing with the public.“

“I never go to DD but happened to be in need of a coffee had a second to grab one. Drive thru was extremely helpful on helping me order since I am quit a newbie with their menu. I needed sugar free and they nailed it. I am a 7brew fan , this came in 2nd but good job on everything and friendly“
