I used to work at this store and I never had a problem here as a customer. That’s why I had a lot of trust on not looking at my food before leaving. Today around 3.30pm I ordered a frozen chocolate along with food. They ended up giving me frozen coffee, which I cannot drink since I am pregnant. The food was also rung up wrong, I ordered a croissant sandwich and got a bagel sandwich instead.
I have only been to this location twice but so far we have gotten the iced coffees from there and they have been delicious
I usually don’t have any issues with Dunkin but today my Kreme delight donuts were lacking. They look like they were just thrown together last minute in a rush. Aside from that my coffee was good
