My coffee Always perfect
After having received poor customer service at Panera Bread, we drove to Dunkin. The young lady at the drive-thru was extremely friendly and had a wonderful attitude, even joking around with us about the card reader.
Customer service goes a long way and the young woman helped to brighten our day.
