Service at the drive-thru is very slow. Even with just a few cars, my last 4 visits have been a minimum of 30 minutes.
Today was my daughter’s bday and she chose Wendy’s for lunch. The staff and everyone was genuinely helpful and kind. 5 stars for exceptional service!!
Terribly slow, usually not very clean inside or out. Needs training and guidance. Two years ago it wasn’t this bad.

The manager checks orders with customers and suggests add-ons, but there is a lack of trust in managers, and customer service could improve with more friendly interactions. Overall, the restaurant offers fresh food and friendly staff, but customers have experienced some delays and errors.
