Although this place is often quite busy, they can't always keep up with the flow. The staff is slow and not very customer friendly. The manager doesn't have any override capability to fix promotional errors, because, "some managers will abuse it." So, Wendy's doesn't seem to trust their managers. Most of all, a smile and a thank you would go far in alleviating many issues.

The past few times that I have came the wait is ridiculously long. I did mobile orders and have waited in the drive through for over 45 mins to just get to the speaker to tell them I am here. I have also had to wait inside and when I went in to ask for my order, I was told they didn’t have all the order and had to get something else.

I placed a delivery order through the Wendy’s app. Of course it arrived without any of the drinks I ordered. So after paying for my delivery order I find myself standing in the Wendy’s store asking for my drinks. The child packing the orders who obviously had the iq of a flip flop decided to give me an attitude because I don’t want to make my drinks. Like make what I paid you for. How hard is it?

Food was horrible , old lettuce on my chicken sandwich and my fries were cold mind you it 10:30 they lunch food she not be cold because they just change from breakfast to lunch . they didn’t give me my lemonade. The drive thru employee was very rude , tall Caucasian women , no napkins , horrible
