Was told that our Togo order would be ready in 20 minutes. 1 hour and 30 minutes later I am still waiting. The food was ok but quality has gone down hill. When I told the employee that we had waited much longer than the estimate she just said yeah we are understaffed. What happened to the days when restaurants would respect the customer? I was shocked and thoroughly disappointed in the food and service I received at this location! Went for a quick bite, ordered six wings a patty melt and tater tots. Receive my wings 45 minutes after ordering, an hour in still have not received my patty melt and tots! Went to the register and paid for my wings and drank with no apologies! Never again.
