Stay far far far AWAY from this restaurant. Was seated at a very unclean table that was sticky to the touch. Took forever to get our drinks and a Caesar salad. Once I got my soup it was not even lukewarm, it was COLD! The clams were super chewy and not even edible. This place should go ahead and close down just like the other one did here in Charleston cause by the way it looks it probably won’t be long now anyway since there is only 3 other couples dining here. Maybe my expectations were too high. I walked into the Reb Lobster on 2460 Mall Drive in North Charleston, 29406, SC and was greeted by the rudest nastiest hostess ever. The service here is disappointing...read full review

Red Lobster offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to friendly and attentive servers like Layla and Dai, who ensure a pleasant dining experience. The menu features dishes such as the Ultimate Feast, the Seaside Platter with crab-topped potatoes, and the sailor and marina’s crab bag, all of which are hot, fresh, and flavorful. While the food is generally good, some dishes, like the crab queso, may fall short. The restaurant could benefit from some renovation and deep cleaning to match the high standards of other locations. Despite these issues, the convenient parking and excellent service make it a typical chain restaurant experience.
