I came in here the other day and had a great experience. The food was amazing. The restaurant is very clean and nice. My server was Laura and she did just as amazing as well.! Definitely recommend
I ordered online , curbside. However I still had to go inside to obtain my food. The food was not worth the price!

I would give this place a negative 1 if I could. Waiter was not good at all and the manager Danny could care less. He saw customer's not getting service and went to find waiter instead of taking an order. Then sat at a table with his laptop and ate his food. What a bad experience
Waited over an hour for our food. When asked manager he said 2 big groups showed up in back. I guess waiting customers have to wait and are no longer important if big groups show up. Then the manager to add salt to the wound so to speak came over as we were getting ready to leave and he said be ause of our bad experience and length of wait time felt bad. He then was smug enough to say out of the kindness of his heart he would take care of our waters. Really we got our food to go and left. Sorry waitress we didn't tip because of your rude manager

April was our server and had to leave but she communicated that with us and another waitress cashed us out. Both ladies was a pleasure!! Great experience!
I came in the and Lazaria was soo sweet and nice. She made sure my bag with filled with extra napkins and butter sauce. She also waited for the check everything before walking away! Loved her

The person doing the seating is so friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed for me and my 4kids. Our server was "Day"? Today was his first day back and this was our first time here he was the best!!!!! We have been in Charleston for 4days and out of all the places we ate this was the best food, price, location and service!!!!! We got enough food for 8 people for only $78!!!!! Another place charged me that for one plate and wasn't close to how good this food was!!!! Thanks for a great time and full bellies!!!!Kid-friendliness: The person that set us and our server was so good to my kids great guys. Older people for other customers and so excepting of the kids!!!! Thank you all!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Fully handicapped accessible!!!!
It was okay. Standard red lobster. The seafood stuffed mushrooms were served significantly undercooked. You might want to avoid those.

I'm so upset with this place I ordered a southwest shrimp bowl which I just got rice and some shrimp thrown on it....I called could not get a manager was hung up on 3x and then no answer and no one would get the manager... the girl who answered told me that's what's on it rice and shrimp... apparently they do not know their own menuNeedless to say I never got a manager or resolution and I have been a red lobster customer
